| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Cacar air adalah salah satu jenis penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus varicella zoster. Penyakit cacar air dapat dicegah dengan pemberian vaksin cacar air. Penyebaran dan penularan penyakit cacar air dapat direpresentasikan dalam model matematika, yaitu model SEIR. Pada penelitian ini, model dikembangkan dengan melibatkan pengaruh vaksinasi pada populasi individu rentan. Perilaku model dapat diketahui dengan menentukan titik kesetimbangan. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan simulasi data untuk membandingkan antara model SEIR tanpa pengaruh vaksinasi dengan model SEIR dengan vaksinasi. Dari analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa vaksin cacar air mempunyai pengaruh pada sub populasi individu yang sembuh, di mana terdapat penambahan jumlah individu sembuh karena menerima vaksin cacar air. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Chickenpox is one of type of infectious disease caused by the varicella zoster virus. Chickenpox disease can be prevented by giving the chickenpox vaccine. The spread and the transmission of the disease chickenpox can be represented in the mathematical models, that is model of SEIR. In this research, a model developed by involving the influence of vaccination on the individual susceptible populations. Behavior model may be known by determining the equilibrium point. This is also done on the research of the simulation model to compare data between the SEIR model with vaccination witouth influence of SEIR with vaccinations. From the analysis it can be concluded that the chickenpox vaccine have an influence on sub population of individuals who recover, where there is addition of a number of individuals cured because of chickenpox vaccine received. |
