| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan salah satu indikator untuk melihat derajat kesehatan perempuan. Perdarahan menempati persentase tertinggi penyebab kematian ibu yaitu sebesar 28%. Program jampersal merupakan fasilitas untuk mendukung penurunan AKI. Insersi IUD merupakan pilihan program jampersal agar tidak terjadi drop out dari akseptor KB. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik responden dengan kepuasan akseptor IUD post partum program jampersal di RSUD Banyumas. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 57 responden yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik chi square. Hasil: Karakteristik rentang usia ibu 20-35 tahun sebesar 96,5%. Ibu yang tidak bekerja sebesar 93%. Pendidikan ibu paling banyak adalah berpendidikan dasar sebesar 64,9%. Paritas ibu paling banyak adalah primipara 57,9%. responden merasa puas terhadap pelayanan IUD program jampersal yaitu 63,2%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil uji chi square pada hubungan umur dengan kepuasan diperoleh nilai p=1,000 (p>0,05), hubungan pekerjaan dengan kepuasan diperoleh nilai p=1,000 (p>0,05), hubungan pendidikan dengan kepuasan diperoleh nilai p=1,000 (p>0,05), hubungan paritas dengan kepuasan diperoleh nilai p=0,139 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna pada semua karakteristik responden yang meliputi umur, pekerjaan, tingkat pendidikan dan paritas dengan kepuasan akseptor IUD post partum program jampersal. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Maternal Mortality Rate is one of indicators to see the women health level. Bleeding places the highest percentage as the cause of mother death that is 28%. Jampersal Program is a facility to support the reduction of maternal mortality rate. IUD insertion is one of contraceptive options of Jampersal program used to prevent the drop out of KB acceptors. Purpose: To know the relation between the characteristic of respondent and the acceptors’ satisfaction of Post Partum IUD of Jampersal Program at Banyumas Regional public Hospital. Method: This research used analytical observational research design with cross sectional design. The research samples were 57 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. Then, Chi square statistic test was used to analyze the data in this research. Result: The mother age characteristic in the range of 20-35 year is 96.5%. Mothers who do not work is 93%. The educational background of the mother is mostly elementary school level which has percentage 64.9%. The highest maternal parity is primiparous with 57.9%. The respondents were satisfied with the IUD service of Jampersal program that is 63.2%. The result of the study shows the result of chi square test on the relation between age and satisfaction with the score p=1,000 (p>0,05), the relation between occupation and satisfaction with the score p=1,000 (p>0,05), the relation between education and satisfaction with the score p=1,000 (p>0,05), the relation between parity and satisfaction with the score p=0,139 (p>0,05). Conclusion: There is no significant correlation between all characteristics of respondents including age, occupation, educational level, maternal parity and the satisfaction of post partum IUD acceptors of Jampersal Program. |
