| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui respon tanaman caisim terhadap pemberian pupuk kandang kambing dan pada dosis berapa optimumnya, 2) mengetahui respon tanaman caisim terhadap pemberian urin kambing dan pada konsentrasi berapa optimumnya, 3) mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara dosis pupuk kandang kambing dengan konsentrasi urin kambing terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim. Penelitian dilakukan di Screen house di Desa Banjarsari Wetan, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas, mulai bulan Juni sampai Agustus 2013. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RKAL), perlakuan faktorial dengan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor yang dicoba ada 2 yaitu dosis pupuk kandang kambing: kontrol, 20 ton/ha, 40 ton/ha, dan konsentrasi urin kambing: kontrol, 2,5 cc/l, 5 cc/l dan 7,5 cc/l. Variabel yang diamati adalah: tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun, lebar daun, panjang tangkai daun, lingkar batang, panjang akar terpanjang, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot tajuk kering, bobot akar kering dan indeks panen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk kandang kambing mampu meningkatkan semua komponen pertumbuhan tanaman caisim kecuali panjang akar terpanjang, dengan dosis terbaik 40 ton/ha. Konsentrasi urin kambing tidak mempengaruhi komponen pertumbuhan tanaman caisim kecuali panjang daun. Konsentrasi urin kambing tidak menentukan dosis pupuk kandang kambing dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim, kecuali pada tinggi tanaman. Hasil caisim tertinggi diperoleh dari tanaman yang dipupuk kandang kambing 40 ton/ha dan di beri urin kambing 7,5 cc/l, dengan bobot tajuk segar 132,18 g, berarti meningkatkan bobot tajuk segar sebesar 228,23%. |

Inggris) | The experiment aims to find out 1) determine responses Plant caisim’s of goat manure and the optimum dosage of goat manure on caisim’s production, 2) determine responses Plant caisim’s of goat urine and the optimum concentration of goat urine on caisim’s production, 3) determine interactions between the dose og goat manure and concentration of goat urine on the growth and yield of caisim. The research was carried out in the screen house at Banjarsari Wetan village, Sumbang district, Banyumas regency, was done from Juni until Agustus 2013. The design was Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD), with 3 replications. Factor was use two, is the dose of goat manure: control, 20 tons/ha, 40 tons/ha and concentration of goat urine: conrol, 2,5 cc/l. 5 cc/l, and 7,5 cc/l. Observed variables were plant height, number of leaf, leaf height, leaf long, leaf wide, loot long, aroun branch, the lenght longest of root, fresh plant weight, fresh canopy weight, fresh root weight, dry plant weight, dry canopy weight, root dry weight and harvest index. The result showed that goat manure was able to increase all growth component of caisim crop except the lenght longest of root, with the best dose 40 tons/ha. The concentration of urine did not influenceon all growth component of caisim crop except leaf leght. Goat urine concentration do not decided of goat manure dose plant growth and results caisim except the height plant. The yeld highest of caisim was got in plant fertilized of goat manure 40 tons/ha and goat urine concentration 7,5 cc/l, with fresh canopy weight 132,18 g, the increase of fresh canopy weight was 228,23%. |
