| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kota Cirebon berusaha meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) melalui pajak daerah. Salah satu pajak daerah di Kota Cirebon yang menyumbang kontribusi terbesar dari tahun ke tahun adalah pajak hotel dan restoran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah hotel, jumlah restoran, jumlah wisatawan domestik dan asing, pendapatan perkapita dan tingkat inflasi secara bersama-sama dan secara parsial terhadap penerimaan pajak hotel dan pajak restoran di Kota Cirebon, untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pajak hotel dan pajak restoran di Kota Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif melalui studi kepustakaan (library research) yang didukung analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data time series tahun 2002-2011. Hasil penelitian ini Variabel jumlah hotel, junlah restoran, jumlah wisatawan domestik dan asing, pendapatan perkapita dan tingkat inflasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerimaan pajak hotel dan pajak restoran di Kota Cirebon. Sedangkan secara parsial hanya variabel jumlah wisatawan domestik dan asing yang berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pajak hotel di Kota Cirebon. Untuk pajak restoran secara parsial hanya variabel jumlah restoran dan variabel jumlah wisatawan domestik dan asing yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan pajak restoran di Kota Cirebon. Jumlah wisatawan domestik dan asing merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pajak hotel dan pajak restoran di Kota Cirebon. Implikasi dari penelitian ini pihak Pemerintah Daerah Kota Cirebon dalam hal ini Disbudpar (Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata) sebaiknya memperhatikan perkembangan jumlah wisatawan domestik dan asing yang berkunjung ke Kota Cirebon, karena variabel tersebut yang paling berpengaruh terhadap realisasi penerimaan pajak hotel dan realisasi penerimaan pajak restoran. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan meningkatkan sosialisasi lokasi wisatata di Kota Cirebon dan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap wisatawan yang datang ke Kota Cirebon. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Cirebon city trying to increase through local taxes revenue ( PAD ) . One of the local tax in the Cirebon city that contributed the most over the years is a hotel tax and restaurant tax revenue. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the number of hotels , the number of restaurants , the number of domestic and foreign tourists , per capita income and inflation collectively and partially positive and significant influence to the restaurant tax revenue in Cirebon City , to determine which variables are most influent variable to the hotel tax and restaurant tax revenue in Cirebon City in 2002-2011 The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method through the study of literature ( library research ) supported by quantitative analysis using time series data years 2002-2011 . The results of this study variables are number of hotels , but fell short of the top , the number of domestic and foreign tourists , per capita income and inflation are jointly significant positive effect on tax revenue and hotel and restaurant tax in Cirebon . While partially only variable number of domestic and foreign tourists that affect tax revenue in Cirebon . For only partially restaurant tax variable number of restaurants and a variable number of domestic and foreign tourists who have a significant effect on tax revenue in Cirebon City restaurants . The number of domestic and foreign tourists is the most influential variable on hotel tax revenue and tax Cirebon City restaurants . The implications that can be derived from this research is the Cirebon City Government in this regard Disbudpar ( Department of Culture and Tourism ) should pay attention to the amount of domestic and foreign tourists who visit Cirebon City , because that variable is the most influent variable to the realization of hotel tax revenue and restaurant tax revenue . The efforts to do are to increase socialization of tourism site in Cirebon City and improve the service to the tourists who come to Cirebon City . Society also actively participate in it who can be seen from the various types of business , especially to those around the tourism areas . Various kind of products such as specific food of a region , art creation, and souvenirs that can be obtained by tourists as a souvenir or a gift of the tourism, so the local tax revenue , especially hotel and restaurant tax revenue is increasing. |
