Indonesia) | HUBUNGAN ANTARA SIKAP DAN PERILAKU KELUARGA DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PENDERITA DM TIPE 2 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS I KEMBARAN Tatik Noerhayati1 Eva Rahayu2 Arif Zaenudin3 1Mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan, Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu-ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman 2Departemen Keperawatan Komunitas, Jurusan Keperawatan, Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu-ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman 3Puskesmas II Sokaraja ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) merupakan suatu penyakit metabolik yang disebabkan karena keadaan hiperglikemia (kadar gula dalam darah meningkat). DM dapat mengakibatkan komplikasi apabila tidak ditangani dengan tepat. Komplikasi tersebut akan memberikan efek terhadap kualitas hidup penderita. Kualitas hidup penderita DM mempunyai hubungan dengan peran keluarga. Sikap dan perilaku keluarga dalam perawatan penderita DM juga merupakan komponen-komponen yang berasal dari keluarga untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan penderita DM. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap dan perilaku keluarga dengan kualitas hidup penderita DM tipe 2 di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas I Kembaran Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional terhadap 50 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil: Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap keluarga dengan kualitas hidup penderita DM tipe 2 (p = 0,001), dan hubungan antara perilaku keluarga dengan kualitas hidup penderita DM tipe 2 (p = 0,000) Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara sikap dan perilaku keluarga dengan kualitas hidup penderita DM tipe 2 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas I Kembaran Kata kunci : Diabetes Mellitus, keluarga, kualitas hidup. |

DM can lead to complications if not treated appropriately. These complications will give the effect on the quality of life patients. Quality of life patients with DM relates to family role. Attitude and behavior of families in the treatment of DM patients is also the components which come from families to increase the health level of DM patients. Purpose: The purpose of this research was to determine the relation between attitudes and behaviors of families with quality of life type 2 DM patients in the region work Kembaran I Community Health Center. Method: This research used the analytic method correlation with the approach of cross sectional to 50 respondents which satisfies the criteria inclusion. The sample obtained with purposive sampling technique. Result: Bivariat analysis results showed a significant relation between attitudes of families with quality of life type 2 DM patients (p = 0.001), and behavior of families with quality of life type 2 DM patients (p = 0.000). Conclusion: There was a relationship between attitude and behavior of the family with quality of life type 2 DM patients in the region work Kembaran I community Health Center.
