| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Selain pupuk organik, penambahan arang ke dalam tanah dapat pula meningkatkan kesuburan tanah, karena hasil dekomposisi pada tanah yang diberi arang nantinya akan melepaskan berbagai unsur yang diperlukan tanaman. Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain: (1) Mengetahui dinamika air (2) Mengetahui dinamika unsur hara N dan P (3) Mengetahui media tanam dengan campuran pupuk dan arang yang menghasilkan produktivitas paling tinggi selama penanaman kentang atlantik skala screen house dengan berbagai variasi jenis pupuk dan dosis arang. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 faktor perlakuan, yaitu jenis pupuk (P1 = pupuk anorganik dan P2 = pupuk organik), jenis arang (A1 = arang kayu, A2 = arang sekam dan A3 = arang aktif) dan dosis arang (D1 = 5 ton/ha, D2 = 10 ton/ha dan D3 = 15 ton/ha) masing-masing perlakuandiulang 3x sehingga total sampel adalah 60 polibag. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini antara lain, sifat fisik tanah (kadar air, kepadatan dan permeabilitas tanah), sifat kimia tanah (nutrisi Nitrogen, Fosfor dan C-organik), pertumbuhan tanaman (tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, jumlah anakan, ILD, bobot basah dan bobot kering tanaman) dan produktivitas hasil (bobot umbi, jumlah umbi dan pengelompokan umbi). Penggunaan jenis pupuk dan arang yang berbeda mempengaruhi dinamika air selama masa tanam kentang. Dimana perlakuan dengan pupuk anorganik dosis 15 ton/ha memiliki kadar air rata-rata paling tinggi daripada perlakuan lain (0,34cm3/cm3). Penggunaan jenis pupuk dan arang yang berbeda mempengaruhi dinamika nutrisi dalam tanah. Pemberian pupuk anorganik lebih cepat mengurangi hara total dan tersedia dalam tanah. Produktivitas hasil umbi tertinggi pada perlakuan pupuk anorganik arang kayu dosis 10 ton/ha dimana bobot umbi yang dihasilkan sebesar 422,33 g/rumpun atau 10,55 ton/ha. |

Inggris) | Charcoal, inaddition to organic fertilizer application could also boost soil fertility, because the result of decomposition in soil enriched with will directly release various elements required by plant. The purpose of this research are (1) to know the water dynamics (2) to know the nutrient dynamic N and P (3) to know to know the media growing season with a mixture of fertilizer and charcoal that produces productivity potatoes atlantic most high. This research use 3 factor treatment i.e: type of fertilizer (P1 = anorganic fertilizer and P2 = organic fertilizer), type of charcoal (A1 = wood charcoal, A2 = husk charcoal and A3 = activated charcoal) and dosage of charcoal (D1 = 5 tons/ha, D2 = 10 tons/ha and D3 = 15 tons/ha). The factor treatment resulting 20 combination by each treatment repeated three times making total sample is 60 polybags. Variables that observed in this research are the physical soil properties (water content, bulk density and permeability) and the chemical soil properties (content of nitrogen, phospor and c-organic), plant growth (height of plant, the number of leaves, diameter of the stem, the number of saplings, LAI, weight of wet plants and weight of dried plants) and yield (weight tubers, the number of tubers and grade of tubers ). The use of different fertilizers and charcoal affecting water dynamics during the crop season. Treatment of P1A3D3 (anorganic fertilizer with activated charcoal dosage of 15 tons/ha) has higher water content (on average) 0.34 cm3/cm3 compare to another treatment. Yield of tuber were highest in treatment of P1A1D2 (anorganic fertilizer with wood charcoal dosage of 10 tons/ha) where the weight of the tuber produced was 422.33 g/clump or 10.55 tons/ha. |
