Indonesia) | HUBUNGAN GOLONGAN DARAH SISTEM ABO DENGAN USIA MENOPAUSE DI KELURAHAN PURWOKERTO LOR BANYUMAS ABSTRAK Nadiroh1 Desiyani Nani2 Deny Achiriyati3 1Nursing Departement, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto 2Nursing Departement, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto 3Clinical Department, RS Ajibarang Hospital Latar Belakang: Menopause merupakan berhentinya menstruasi yang berhubungan dengan kegagalan fungsi ovarium dan menandai akhir dari kapasitas reproduktif wanita. Menopause dapat terjadi secara dini maupun terlambat yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor genetik salah satunya adalah golongan darah. Setiap golongan darah mempunyai antigen yang berbeda. Antigen tersebut dapat mempengaruhi tingkat hormon tertentu seperti hormon follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) yang berperan dalam merangsang ovulasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan golongan darah sistem ABO dengan usia menopause pada perempuan di Kelurahan Purwokerto Lor Banyumas. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan November sampai Desember tahun 2013. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 responden dari usia 45-50 tahun dengan pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Uji antar variable dilakukan dengan uji non-parametrik Chi Square (x2) untuk mengetahui hubungan golongan darah sistem ABO dengan usia menopause. Hasil: Usia responden terbanyak adalah 50 tahun. Status sudah menopause sebanyak 32 orang dan golongan darah paling banyak ditemukan adalah O. Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukkan nilai p=0,146 (p>α=0,05) untuk hubungan golongan darah sistem ABO dengan usia menopause. Sementara hasil uji Chi Square pada penelitian ini juga menunjukkan nilai p=0,026 (p<α=0,05) yang bermakna ada hubungan antara jumlah anak dengan usia menopause. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara golongan darah sistem ABO dengan usia menopause. Hal ini dikarenakan ada faktor lain yang lebih kuat dalam mempengaruhi usia menopause salah satunya adalah jumlah anak. Kata Kunci: Golongan Darah, Menopause, Usia Menopause, Jumlah Anak. |

Menopause can occured early or late can be influenced by genetic factors, especially is the blood type. Each blood type has a different antigen. These antigens can affect the levels of certain hormones such as hormone follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) which can affect stimulating ovulation. Purpose: The aim of this research was to know relation between blood type and menopause age on women in Kelurahan Purwokerto Lor Banyumas. Method: This was observational research, with cross sectional approach. Research conducted from November to early December 2013. The number of samples were as much as 63 respondents from the age of 45 to 50 years old with a selection of sample done in a purposive sampling. Continued non-parametric test Chi Square (x2) was used to know the relation between blood type and menopause age. Result: Most respondents was 50 years old. Menopause status was already as much as 32 people and most found blood type is O. The Chi Square test result showed the value of p=0.146 (p>α=0.05) to relation between ABO system blood type and menopause age. While the Chi Square test on the studied also showed the value of p=0.026 (p<α=0.05) which means that there is a relation between the number of children and menopause age. Conclusion: There was not significant relation between ABO system blood type and menopause age. There are some factors that more powerful in influencing the menopause age of them number of children.
