| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang : Penyakit tidak menular khususnya Diabetes Melitus telah menjadi masalah yang besar di seluruh bagian dunia termasuk Indonesia. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kadar glukosa darah pada penyakit DM cukup banyak namun banyak masyarakat dan tenaga kesehatan yang belum mengetahui pengaruh stres terhadap kadar glukosa darah pada pasien DM. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan kadar glukosa darah pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di RSMS Purwokerto. Metode : Metode analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non random jenis consecutive sampling. Jumlah sampel 52 penderita DM Tipe 2 berusia berusia > 20 tahun. Data diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran tingkat stres menggunakan instrumen stres Social Readjustment Rating Scale (SRSS) dan data kadar glukosa darah puasa. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Spearman. Hasil penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan (p = 0,000) antara tingkat stres dengan kadar glukosa darah pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2 di RSMS Purwokerto. Kesimpulan. Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan kadar glukosa darah penderita DM Tipe 2 di RSMS Purwokerto |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : The uncommunicable disease, especially Diabetes Mellitus had became a big problem around the world, including Indonesia. There was many factors that affected blood glucose levels at diabetes mellitus disease, but the citizen and health workers didn’t know still about the influence of stress to blood glucose levels in patient with diabetes mellitus. Objective : To know about the correlation between the grade of stress and blood glucose levels in patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital. Method : This study used observational-analytic method with cross sectional approach. The sampling was done by using non-random consecutive sampling method. Amount of the sample was 52 patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus with age over 20 years old. Data was gained from measurement result of the grade of stress using stress instrument Social Readjustment Rating Scale (SRSS) and the data of fasting blood glukose. Spearman test was used as the statistical analysis method. Result : The analysis result showed that there was significant correlation (p = 0,000) between the grade of stress and blood glucose levels in patient with type 2 diabetes at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital. Conclussion : There is correlation between the grade of stress and blood glucose levels in patient with type 2 diabetes at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital. |
