| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Diabetes Mellitus (DM) merupakan salah satu penyakit herediter yang ditandai oleh kenaikan kadar glukosa dalam darah. Dari tahun ke tahun jumlah penderitanya semakin meningkat. Komplikasi dari DM adalah munculnya ulkus yang susah sembuh. Salah satu terapi yang terbukti efektif adalah dengan menggunakan wound vacuum. Di Indonesia sudah ada alat wound vacuum menggunakan modifikasi breast pump, namun belum pernah diuji keefektifannya. Sehingga, penelitian ini akan menguji keefektifan alat tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh wound vacuum dengan modifikasi breast pump bertekanan 85 mmHg terhadap penyembuhan ulkus diabetikum pada tikus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode true experimen dengan pendekatan posttest only with kontrol group terhadap 3 tikus jenis wistar yang telah diinduksi aloksan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan tenik systematic random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini dilihat secara makroskopik dan histologi. Data makroskopik menunjukkan bahwa warna luka pada kelompok kontrol lebih merah gelap dibandingkan kelompok perlakuan. Edema terjadi dari hari ke-1 sampai hari ke-7 baik pada kelompok perlakuan maupun kelompok kontrol. Kemerahan pada luka kelompok kontrol terjadi di hari ke-1, ke-4, sampai hari ke-7, sedangkan pada kelompok perlakuan hanya terjadi pada hari ke-2 sampai ke-4. Namun, kemerahan dan edema pada kelompok kontrol terlihat lebih jelas dibandingkan kelompok perlakuan. Jaringan nekrotik terlihat pada hari ke-7 dan hanya terdapat pada kelompok kontrol. Luas luka kelompok perlakuan lebih mengecil dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Data histologi menunjukkan bahwa inflamasi pada kelompok kontrol lebih luas dan kuat dibandingkan kelompok perlakuan. Gambaran makroskopis dan histologi menunjukkan bahwa wound vacuum modifikasi breast pump bertekanan 85 mmHg mampu menurunkan inflamasi sehingga ulkus diabetikum pada tikus cepat sembuh. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a hereditary disease characterized by increased levels of glucose in the blood. From year to year the number of sufferers is increasing. Complications of diabetes is the appearance of ulcers are difficult to heal. One proven effective therapy is to use a vacuum wound. In Indonesia there are already tools wound vacuum using a modified breast pump, but its effectiveness has not been tested. So, this study will test the effectiveness of these tools. This study aimed to determine the effect of wound vacuum with a modified breast pump pressure to 85 mmHg diabetic ulcer healing in rats. This study used a true experimental method to approach the posttest only with control group in the 3 types of Wistar rats that had been induced alloxan. Sampling was conducted using systematic random sampling tenik. The results of this study extend macroscopically and histologically. The data show that the color macroscopic injury in the control group over a dark red than the treatment group. Edema occurs from day 1 to day 7 in both the treatment group and the control group. Redness of the injuries occurred in the control group 1st, 4th, until day 7, whereas in the treated group occurred only on day 2 to day 4. However, redness and edema in the control group revealed more clearly than the treatment group. Necrotic tissue seen on day 7 and only found in the control group. Extensive wound treatment group than the control group decreases. Histological data showed that inflammation in the control group wider and stronger than the treatment group. Macroscopic and histological picture showed that the wound vacuum pump breast modification 85 mmHg can to decrease inflammation that diabetic ulcers heal faster in mice. |
