| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pada penelitian ini yang berjudul “Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Banyumas” meneliti dua permasalahan yang terdapat pada tujuan, yaitu untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan dan perkembangan (trend) kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Banyumas pada Tahun 2008-2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. analisis rasio yang digunakan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 47 Tahun 1999 tentang Pedoman Penilaian Kinerja PDAM untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PDAM Kabupaten Banyumas pada tahun 2008-2012, sedangkan untuk analisis trend menggunakan analisis trend least square. Berdasarkan tujuan di atas maka didapatkan hasil, yaitu pertama, kinerja keuangan PDAM Kabupaten Banyumas pada tahun 2008-2012 berada pada kategori baik dengan nilai 32,40 sehingga hipotesis pertama diterima. Kedua, perkembangan kinerja keuangan PDAM Kabupaten Banyumas pada tahun 2008-2012 cenderung meningkat karena garis kinerja keuangan (b) menunjukkan angka yang positif yaitu sebesar 0,075 sehingga hipotesis kedua diterima. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah dikemukakan, maka terdapat beberapa implikasi. Kinerja keuangan PDAM Kabupaten Banyumas harus bisa mempertahankan kinerjanya yang sudah baik, bahkan meningkatkan kinerja agar meningkat. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan laba perusahaan, seperti memperluas cakupan jaringan air agar semua masyarakat dapat mendapat air bersih dan juga bisa dengan memperkecil tingkat kehilangan air agar tidak terjadi kerugian. PDAM Kabupaten Banyumas juga perlu memperhatikan penghijauan disekitar sumber air agar air yang didistribusikan kepada masyarakat selalu dalam kondisi yang bersih dan tidak tercemar oleh limbah. |

Inggris) | In this study, entitled "Analysis of Financial Performance at the Clean Water Government Company of Banyumas Regency" examines two issues that are represented in two purposes , which is to analyze financial performance and financial performance trend at Government Clean Water Company of Banyumas Regency during the periods of 2008 -2012 . This research uses the case study method . ratio analysis used by the Minister of Home Affairs No. 47 Year 1999 on Guidelines for Performance Assessment to analyze the financial performance of Government Clean Water Company of Banyumas Regency in 2008-2012 , while for trend analysis using least square trend analysis . Based on the above objectives the results obtained , the first, financial performance of PDAM during the year 2008-2012 was in good category with score 32.40 so the first hypothesis is accepted . Second , the development of the financial performance of PDAM Kabupaten Banyumas in 2008-2012 is likely to increase due to the financial performance of the line (b) shows a positive number that is equal to 0.075 so that the second hypothesis is accepted . Based on the results that have been put forward , there are several implications . Banyumas PDAM financial performance should be able to maintain its performance is already good , and even improve in order to increase performance . This can be done by increasing corporate profits , such as water expands network coverage so that all people can get clean water and can also reduce water loss rate in order to avoid losses . PDAM Banyumas also need to pay attention to the greening around the water source for the water that is distributed to the public in a state that is always clean and not polluted by sewage. |
