| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Ekspresi cGnRH-II pada Organ Ikan Nilem Osteochilus hasselti”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ekspresi cGnRH-II pada organ ikan nilem dan indeks morfoanatomi dalam kaitannya dengan kinerja reproduksi. Sampel di ambil dari sungai Logawa sebanyak 6 ikan, kemudian diukur dan ditimbang untuk indeks morfoanatomi, isolasi RNA dan reverse transkriptase cDNA. Ekspresi cGnRH-II dinilai melalui PCR, elektroforesis dan visualisasi sinar UV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa otak ikan mengekspresikan cGnRH-II tetapi tidak pada hati dan gonad. Indeks morfoanatomi yang terdiri dari indeks gonadosomatik, hepatosomatik, dan viscerosomatik adalah 4,25-28%, 0,36-2,04% dan 2,94-10,63%. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | An investigation, entitled "cGnRH-II Expression in Hard-lipped Barb Fish Osteochilus hasselti Organs”. Research purposes to determine cGnRH-II expression in the organs of Hard-lipped Barb Fish and morpho-anatomical indexes in relation with reproductive performance. Sampled were from the Logawa river as 6 fish, then were measured and weighed for morpho-anatomical indexes, RNA isolation, and cDNA reverse transcriptase. Expression of cGnRH-II was assessed through PCR, electrophoresis and UV-light visualization. The results demonstrated that the fish cGnRH-II was expressed in brain but not in the liver and gonads. Morpho-anatomical indexes consisting of gonadosomatic, hepatosomatic, and viscerosomatic indexes were 4,25-28%, 0,36-2,04% and 2,94-10,63%. |
