| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian complete feed limbah rami dengan dan tanpa fermentasi serta sumber protein nabati dan hewani terhadap kondisi faali dan profil hematologi pada kambing Peranakan Etawa betina lepas sapih. Materi yang digunakan adalah limbah rami, kambing Peranakan Etawa betina lepas sapih sebanyak 20 ekor, 20 unit kandang metabolis, termometer rektal, stetoskop, tabung EDTA, darah dan campuran complete feed. Rancangan Percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, yaitu: CF0N (Complete feed sumber protein nabati tanpa fermentasi), CF1N (Complete feed sumber protein nabati dengan fermentasi), CF0H (Complete feed sumber protein hewani tanpa fermentasi), dan CF1H (Complete feed sumber protein hewani dengan fermentasi). Peubah yang diamati adalah kondisi faali dan profil hematologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap profil hematologi terutama sel darah merah. Rataan sel darah merah perlakuan CF0N 2,30×106/µL ± 0,26, perlakuan CF0H 2,05×106/µL ± 0,15, perlakuan CF1N 1,99×106/µL ± 0,23, dan perlakuan CF1H 1,67×106/µL ±0,51 dan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kondisi faali. Pakan dengan perlakuan fermentasi tidak mempengaruhi denyut jantung, frekuensi pulsus, respirasi, temperatur rektal, sel darah putih dan haemoglobin kambing Peranakan Etawa lepas sapih. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research aimed to determine the effect of complete feed of jute waste with and without fermentation vegetable and animal sources of protein to physiological conditions and hematological profiles of female weaning Peranakan Etawa goats. The material used of jute waste, female weaning Peranakan Etawa goats as many as 20 heads, 20 units of metabolic cages, rectal thermometer, stethoscope, EDTA tube, a mixture of blood and complete feed. The design of experiments used was completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 5 replications, namely: CF0N (Complete feed of vegetable protein source without fermentation), CF1N (Complete feed with fermented vegetable protein source), CF0H (Complete feed animal protein sources without fermentation), and CF1H (Complete source of animal protein sources by fermentation). The variables measured were physiologic conditions and hematologic profiles. The results showed that there were significant effects (P<0.05) on hematological profile, especially red blood cells. Mean red blood cells treated CF0N was 2.30±0.26 × 106/μL highest, treatment CF0H was 0.15±2.05 × 106/μL, treatment CF1N was 0.23±1.99 × 106/μL, and CF1H was treatment 1.67±0.51 × 106/μL and no significant effects (P>0.05) on physiologic conditions. Feed the silage treatment did not affect heart rate, pulses frequency, respiration, rectal temperature, white blood cells and haemoglobin of female weaning Peranakan Etawa goats. |
