| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kecernaan serat kasar dan lemak kasar complete feed limbah rami dengan sumber protein berbeda. Materi yang digunakan adalah cairan rumen kambing dan complete feed. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial 2 x 2 dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas CF0N = complete feed hay limbah rami dengan sumber protein nabati, CF0H = complete feed hay limbah rami dengan sumber protein hewani, CF1N = complete feed limbah rami fermentasi dengan sumber protein nabati, dan CF1H = complete feed limbah rami fermentasi dengan sumber protein hewani. Peubah yang diukur adalah kecernaan serat kasar dan lemak kasar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis variansi dan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNJ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya interaksi perlakuan dan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P < 0,01) terhadap kecernaan serat kasar dan lemak kasar tidak ada interaksi perlakuan (P > 0,05) namun pada perlakuan individu berpengaruh sangat nyata (P < 0,01) . Uji BNJ menunjukkan bahwa kecernaan serat kasar perlakuan pakan fermentasi (CF1) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perlakuan hay (CF0), perlakuan CF1H lebih tinggi dibanding CF1N (P < 0,01). Kecernaan lemak kasar perlakuan (CF0) lebih tinggi dari (CF1), perlakuan CF0N lebih tinggi dibanding CF0H.

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The objectives of this research were to determine of digestibility crude fiber and crude fat complete feed jute waste with different protein sources. The material used in the study were liquid of goat rument and complete feed. The research method was experiment by in vitro using a completely randomized design (CRD), 2 x 2 factorial model with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments consisted of CF0N = complete feed of hay jute waste with vegetable protein sources, CF0H = complete feed of hay jute waste with animal protein sources, CF1N = complete feed of fermentasion jute waste with vegetable protein sources, and CF1H = complete feed of fermentation jute waste with animal protein sources. The variables measured were the digestibility of crude fiber and crude fat. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance, followed by BNJ test. The results showed that the treatment highly significantly (P < 0.01) affected the digestibility of crude fiber. There was an interaction and the treatment had no significantly (P < 0.05). On fat digestibility there was no interaction for digestibility of crude fat. The BNJ test showed that the digestibility of crude fiber in fermentation based feed treatment (CF1) is higher than the hay feed treatment (CF0), treatment CF1H was higher than CF1N. Crude fat digestibility of (CF0) was higher than crude fiber digestibility (CF1) treatment. Crude fat digestibility of treatment (CF0) was higher than that of (CF1), treatment of (CF0N) was higher than (CF0H). |
