| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang. Penderita DM tipe 2 mempunyai kemungkinan hipertensi dua kali lipat dibanding yang bukan penderita DM tipe 2. Keadaan obes menjadi faktor risiko baik bagi DM tipe 2 maupun hipertensi. DM tipe 2 obes dengan adanya keadaan hipertensi akan meningkatkan kemungkinan terjadinya komplikasi nefropati diabetik dimana terjadi gangguan fungsi ginjal yang ditandai salah satunya oleh penurunan Laju Filtrasi Glomerulus (LFG). Tujuan.Untuk mengkaji hubungan hipertensi dengan LFG pada pasien DM tipe 2 obes di RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metodologi.Rancangan penelitian ini yaitu analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dilakukan pada 35 penderita DM tipe 2 obes di klinik Penyakit Dalam RSUD Margono Soekarjo yang berusia 35-60 tahun. Subjek yang menggunakan terapi insulin, wanita hamil, dan yang menderita penyakit ginjal dieksklusikan dari penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi Spearman. Nilaip<0,05 menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna. Penentuan hipertensi dilakukan dengan pengukuran tekanan darah dan penghitungan LFG dengan rumus MDRD. Hasil.Hasil analisis dengan uji korelasi Spearman antara tekanan darah sistol dengan LFG diperoleh nilai p = 0,019 dan r = -0,394. Hasil analisis dengan uji korelasi Spearman antara tekanan darah diastol dengan LFG diperoleh nilai p = 0,002 dan nilai r = -0,506.Terdapat hubungan yangbermakna antara hipertensi dan LFG pada pasien DM tipe 2 obes. Dan kekuatan hubungan yang cukup dengan arah korelasi negatif. Kesimpulan.Terdapat hubungan antara hipertensi dengan LFG pada pasien DM tipe 2 obes di RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background. Patients with type 2 diabetes have twice the odds of hypertension. Obesity is a risk factor for both type 2 diabetes and hypertension. Obese type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension circumstances will increase the odd of diabetic nephropathy, where there is renal impairment that characterized by a glomerular filtration rate (GFR) decrease. Objectives. To analyze the correlation of Hypertension with GFR in patients with T2DM and obese in RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Methods. The design of this study is observational analytic with cross sectional approach, carried out on 35 patients T2DM with obesity in Internist Clinic RSUD Margono Soekarjo, aged 35-60 years old. Subjects who use Insulin therapy, pregnant women, and who suffer from kidney disease were excluded from the study. Data were analyzed with the Spearman correlation test.Where p < 0,05 indicates a significant correlation.Hypertension were determined by blood pressure measurement and GFR calculate with the MDRD formula. Results. Results of the analysis with the Spearman correlation test between systolic blood pressureand GFR values obtained p = 0,019 and r = -0,394. Results of analysis with Spearman correlation test between diastolic blood pressure and GFR values obtained p = 0,002 and r = -0,506.There is a significant correlation between hypertension and GFR, with negative and moderate correlational strength. Conclusion. There is correlation between hypertension and GFR in patients with Type 2 Diabetes and obesity in RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. |
