Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kerja sama tim, lingkungan kerja maupun gaji terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor PT. Maha Putera Fatih yang beralamat di Jl. KHM Yusuf Raya No. 60 A, Depok 16411 Jakarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan jumlah karyawan PT. Maha Putera Fatih di Depok yang berjumlah 115 orang.
Metode penelitian ini adalah survei dengan teknik sampling menggunakan acak sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diketahui ukuran sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kerja sama tim, lingkungan kerja maupun gaji tmempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Maha Putera Fatih di Depok. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut, maka dapat diimplikasikan bahwa sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja para karyawannya, pihak manajemen PT. Maha Putera Fatih di Depok perlu memperhatikan kebijakan yang terkait dengan kerja sama tim, lingkungan kerja maupun gaji karyawan
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The aim of research was to analyze the effect of teamwork, job environment as well as salary on employee’s job performance. The research was conducted at the office of PT. Maha Putera Fatih on Jl. KHM Yusuf Raya Number 60 A, Depok 16411 Jakarta. Target population of this research was total employee of PT. Maha Putera Fatih in Depok amounted to 115 people. The method of research was survey, with sampling techniques used was simple random sampling. Based on the calculation of Slovin formula, the sample size was 55 respondents. Furthermore, the technique of data analysis that used in this study was multiple regression. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that teamwork, job environment as well as salary have significant effect on employee’s job performance at PT. Maha Putera Fatih in Depok. Based the conclusions, it can be implied that as an effort to improve their employee’s job performance, the management of PT. Maha Putera Fatih in Depok needs to pay attention on teamwork, job environment and salary policy
