| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pendapatan dan Konsumsi Pengemudi Angkutan Desa di Purwokerto Kabupaten Banyumas”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh jam kerja, jalur angkutan, pengalaman dan umur kendaraan terhadap pendapatan pengemudi angkutan desa di wilayah Purwokerto Kabupaten Banyumas. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik regresi linear berganda. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 65 pengemudi angkutan desa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat diperoleh : (1.) Besarnya pendapatan pengemudi angkutan desa di Purwokerto secara bersama-sama dipengaruhi oleh Variabel bebas yaitu jam kerja, jalur angkutan dan umur kendaraan, sedangkan pengalaman pengemudi tidak mempengaruhi besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh. (2.) Besarnya pendapatan keluarga pengemudi angkutan desa di purwokerto cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarga, (3.) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan indicator taraf hidup, bahwa terdapat 16 keluarga atau 24,62 persen termasuk dalam kriteria kurang sejahtera. Terdapat 1 keluarga dalam kriteria pra sejahtera dan sisanya 48 rumah tangga atau 73,85 persen sudah termasuk dalam kriteria sejahtera. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian adalah : (1.) Penghasilan menjadi pengemudi angkutan desa masih lebih baik apabila dikerjakan dengan tekun, memanfaatkan waktu yang ditentukan oleh dinas perhubungan Kabupaten Banyumas dengan maksimal, dan termasuk didalamnya memperhatikan kendaraannya agar dapat menarik pengguna jasa transportrasi, (2.) Pengemudi angkutan desa hendaknya lebih memfokuskan pada aspek pelayanan dan penambahan waktu kerja, supaya lebih banyak lagi para penumpang yang mereka layani sehingga dapat meningkatkan besarnya pendapatan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study is entitled “Analysis of the revenue and consumption of the driver a freight village in the Banyumas city”. The purpose of this research is to uncover how the influence of the working hours, transport, the experience and age of vehicles on drivers transport revenue village in Purwokerto. To achieve these goals, study uses multiple linear regression techniques. The number of samples taken is as much as 65 drivers. Based on the results of the research, it can be obtained : 1. The amount of revenue of the drivers is jointly influenced by independent variables, is hours of work, the transport and the ge of the vehicle, while the drivers experience does not affect the amount of income earned. 2. The drivers family income amount is sufficient to meet the needs of family life. 3. Based on the results of the calculation of indicators of welfare, there are 16 family or 24,62 percent included in the criterion of less prosperous. There is 1 in the criteria and the remaining 48 pre-prosperous households or 73,85 percent includes. The implications of the research are : 1. Salary of being public transportations still better when it continues with passion. Take the maximum work hours from the Banyumas Social Departemen, include to serve the best service to the customer and keep the good condition for the vihicles. To interest the customer for using public transportation. 2. The drivers of village transportation service should be focusing more on aspects of service and the addition of working time, so more of the passengers they serve that can increase the amount of income. |
