| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan extrinsik dengan komitmen affective, continuance, dan normative terhadap keingininan untuk keluar atau pindah dari perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Bumiputera 1912 Purwokerto di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman. Populasi targer dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan tidak tetap yang berjumlah 125 orang. Metode dari penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling. Berdasarkan dari perhitungan formula Slovin, responden berjumlah 100 orang. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Berdasarkan dari perhitungan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen affective dan komitmen normative, sedangkan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhap komitmen continuance. Motivasi extrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen affective, continuance dan normative. Kemudian komitmen affective dan juga normative berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap turnover, sedangkan komitmen continuance berpengaruh negative tapi tidak signifikan terhadap turnover. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The aims of this research were to investigate the effect of intrinsic as well as extrinsic motivation on affective, continuance as well as normative commitment and to investigate the effect of affective, normative as well as continuance commitment on turnover intentions. This research used survey method. This research was conducted at Bumiputera 1912 Purwokerto in Jalan Jenderal Sudirman. Target population of this research was total non permanent employees of Bumiputera 1912 in Purwokerto consist of 125 people. The method of research was survey, with sampling techniques used was simple random sampling. Based on the calculation with Slovin formula, the sample size was 100 respondents. Furthermore, the technique of data analysis used in this study was multiple regression. Based on the result of data analysis, it could be concluded that intrinsic motivation had positive and significant effect on affective as well as normative commitment, while intrinsic motivation had positive but no significant effect on continuance commitment. Extrinsic motivation had positive and significant effect on affective, continuance as well as normative commitment. Furthermore, affective as well as normative commitment had negative and significant effect on turnover intention, while continuance commitment had negative but no significant effect on turnover intention. |
