| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Artikel hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan memahami upaya revitalisasi nilai kearifan lokal dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa melalui pembentukan kelompok sebagai pelestari kebudayaan di Kabupaten Banyumas. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus dalam bingkai perspektif pascastruktural dan paradigma konstruktivisme, hasil penelitian tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa upaya revitalisasi nilai kearifan lokal di Kabupaten Banyumas yang berangkat dari adanya Program Pilot Project Pelestarian Adat Istiadat dan Budaya Nusantara (PABN) Kementerian Dalam Negeri dilakukan dengan membentuk kelompok pelestari budaya di lima desa, yaitu Desa Kalisalak, Desa Pasir Wetan, Desa Pekuncen, Desa Cikakak dan Desa Gerduren. Upaya tersebut melibatkan beragam aktor yang berasal dari pihak masyarakat dan pemerintah. Dalam pelaksanaannya, ada faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat upaya tersebut. Faktor pendukungnya adalah potensi kebudayaan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat desa setempat, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah rendahnya motivasi dari para aktor terkait. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya keberlanjutan upaya pascaprogram Pilot Project PABN berakhir dengan melakukan reorientasi nilai budaya dan kearifan lokal. |

Inggris) | This research-based paper aims at describing and understanding the the effort of revitalizing the local wisdom values in organizing the village governance through forming groups of people as cultural preservationists in Banyumas. By using qualitative method and case study approach in the framework of the post-structural perspective and constructivism paradigm, the result of the research reveals that the efforts of revitalizing the local wisdom values in Banyumas which is based on the Pilot Project Program of the Preservation of Indonesian Mores and Culture is done by forming the groups of cultural preservationists in five villages, i.e. Kalisalak village, Pasir Wetan village, Pekuncen, Cikakak village and Gerduren village. The effort involves various actors from the society and the local government. In its implementation, there are some factors supporting as well as hindering the effort. The supporting factor is the cultural potential owned by the local people, whereas the hindering factor is the lack of motivation from the relevant actors. That is why it is needed an effort sustainability after the program is over by doing a reorientation of cultural values and local wisdom. |
