| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Data PLKB Kecamatan Sumbang menunjukkan Desa Tambaksogra merupakan termasuk salah satu desa yang memiliki persentase tertinggi dalam hal ketidakikutsertaan program KB. Manfaat Keluarga Berencana (KB) itu sendiri bukan hanya sekedar menekan tingkat (laju) pertumbuhan penduduk, tetapi ke arah pendekatan kesehatan reproduksi. Tanggung jawab kesehatan reproduksi perempuan bukan hanya pada isteri, tetapi juga melibatkan peran suami sebagai pengambil keputusan di dalam keluarga. Alasan isteri tidak mengikuti program KB yaitu suami tidak setuju isteri mengikuti program KB. Pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh suami dan isteri di Desa Tambaksogra, sebaiknya melalui musyawarah dengan tujuan mempertimbangkan dan mengutamakan kesehatan ibu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan peran suami mengenai pengambilan keputusan isteri tidak mengikuti program KB. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Tambaksogra Kecamatan Sumbang. Sasaran utama yaitu suami yang isterinya tidak mengikuti program KB dan berusia 30-49 tahun serta memiliki dua anak atau lebih, sedangkan sasaran pendukung yaitu isteri, bidan dan PPKBD Desa Tambaksogra. Hasil penelitian di Desa Tambaksogra wilayah cakupan Puskesmas Sumbang I menunjukkan peran suami dalam pengambilan keputusan isteri tidak mengikuti program KB yaitu suami berperan sebagai kepala keluarga dengan sikap otoriter, demokratis dan bebas dalam mengatasi masalah KB. Suami denga sikap otoriter yaitu suami benar-benar tidak setuju isteri mengikuti program KB, keputusan berada ditangan suami sepenuhnya. Suami dengan sikap demokratis yaitu suami melarang isteri untuk menggunakan alat kontrasepsi karena isteri memiliki penyakit, sehingga suami mau mengalah menggunakan alat kontrasepsi seperti menggunakan kondom atau sistem alamiah. Suami dengan sikap bebas artinya suami setuju jika isteri memutuskan untuk berhenti menggunakan alat kontrasepsi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Data PLKB of in Sub district of Sumbang shows that the Village of Tambaksogra is one the village that has the highest percentage in the participation of the program of KB. The usage of Planning Family (KB) is not just to reduce the level of the growth of society, but it tends to move to the approach of reproduction health. The responsibility of the women reproduction health is not just for the wife, but it also involves the husband role as the decision maker in family. The reason of wife does not participate in the program of KB which the husband does not agree for wife to participate in the program of KB. Taking decision that is conducted by husband and wife in the Village of Tambagsogra, it would be better to use taking decision together with the purpose to consider and prioritize the health of mother. This research aims to describe the husband’s role about the taking decision of wife who does not participate the program of KB. Method of research uses the descriptive qualitative. Location of research in the Village of Tambaksogra in Sub district of Sumbang. Main target is the husband who his wife does not participate in the program of KB and she has 30-49 years old age and has two children or more, and the support target is the wife, midwife and PPKBD in the Village of Tambaksogra. The result of research in the Village of Tambaksogra in the coverage area at Puskesmas Sumbang I shows that the husband’s role in taking decision of wife does not participate the program of KB, the husband has role as the head of family with the authoritative attitude, democracy, and free to solve the problem of KB. Husband with the authoritative attitude that is the husband absolutely does not agree his wife to participate in the program of KB, the decision is in the hand of her husband. The husband with the democracy attitude that is the husband forbids his wife to use the contraception tool because his wife has the disease so the husband is willing to use the contraception tool such as using condom or natural system ways. The husband with the independence attitude it means the husband agree if his wife decides to stop using the contraception tool. |
