| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “TheInfluence of Size, Type and Leadership Style onInternal Control System Quality in Cooperatives at Banyumas Regency”.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap pengaruh ukurankoperasi, jenis koperasi, dangaya kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas sistem pengendaian internal. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel koperasi-koperasi yang ada di Banyumas. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu metode convenience sampling dengan total sampel 50koperasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis asumsi klasik dan analisis linier regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ukuran koperasi dan gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas sistem pengendalian internal. Sedangkan jenis koperasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kuaitas sistem pengendalian internal. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research was entitled “The Influence ofSize, Type and Leadership Style onInternal Control System Quality in Cooperatives at Banyumas Regency”. The aim of this research was to uncover the influence ofsize cooperative, type of cooperative, and style leadership on quality of the internal control system. This research used the cooperatives sample in Banyumas. The sampling technique method used wasconvenience sampling with the total sample of 50 cooperative. The data analyses usedwere classical assumption and multiple linear regression. The result showed that the size cooperative and style leadershiphadsignificant influence on quality of the internal control system. Meanwhile, type of cooperative hadno significant influence on quality of the internal control system. |
