Pada penelitian ini, sebuah model matematika dari penyebaran dan kontrol dipelajari. Model ini merupakan pengembangan dari model SIR (Susceptible-Infectious-Recovery) dengan menambahkan parameter kontrol u yang merupakan efektifitas dari vaksin yang diberikan. Kontrol bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah populasi rentan pada setiap waktu meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya efektivitas dari vaksin. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The spread of TBC (Tuberculosis) maybe controled by giving a vaccine such as BCG (Bacille Calmette Guarin) to susceptible population. In this research a mathematical model of disease spread and control of TBC is studied. The model is an extansion of SIR (Susceptible-Infectious-Recovery) model by introducing a control parameter u which is the effectiveness of the given vaccine. The objective the control is to maximize . The result of study show that the number of susceptible in any time is increasing by the increase of the effectiveness of the vaccine. |
