| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | The purpose of this study was to determine the significance partially effect of tax knowledge, tax penalties, taxation awareness and tax officers’ services on taxpayers’ compliance of batik SMEs in Banjarnegara, Banyumas, Cilacap and Purbalingga Regencies. The population of this research was former batik SMEs in Banjarnegara, Banyumas, Cilacap and Purbalingga Regencies. The research samples were 40 batik SMEs. This study used multiple regression with SPSS program version 17.0 to examine the influence of knowledge taxation, tax penalties, taxpayers' awareness and tax officers' services on Taxpayers' compliance. The results of this study show that variable of tax knowledge and taxation awareness have a significant effects on tax compliance. Meanwhile, two other variables of sanctions and tax officers’ services authorities do not have significant effect on tax compliance. |
