| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat ketahanan galur padi gogo yang diuji terhadap P. oryzae ras 133. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2012 sampai dengan Januari 2013. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan Screen House Ilmu Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan November 2012 sampai bulan Januari 2013. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Faktor yang diuji yaitu 20 galur padi gogo, 6 varietas tetua, dan 2 varietas kontrol tahan dan rentan yaitu Varietas Asahan dan Varietas Kencana Bali. Variabel yang diamati yaitu masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, dan laju infeksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat galur padi gogo yang tahan terhadap penyakit blas P. oryzae ras 133 yaitu PF6-PS//MR-G21-3, PF6-PS//MR-G67-3, PF6-PS//MR-G67-2, PF6-PS//MR-G69-3, PF6-PS//MR-G69-2, PF6-MW//G39-G30-8, PF6-MW//G39-G30-16, PF6-MW//G39-G30-15, PF6-MW//G39-G30-6, PF6-MW//G39-G30-12, PF6-SL//G39-G45-17, PF6-SL//G39-G45-2, F6-SL//G39-G45-13, PF6-SL//G39-G45-15, PF6-SL//G39-G45-8, PF6-G39//CH-G79-5, PF6-G39//CH-G44-1, dan PF6-G39//CH-G79-9. Galur padi gogo yang bereaksi moderat tahan terhadap P. oryzae ras 133 yaitu PF6-G39//CH-G43-7. Galur padi gogo yang bereaksi moderat rentan PF6-G39//CH-G79-6. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Research conducted aimed to determine the level of resistance of upland rice lines were tested against P. oryzae race 133. The research was conducted at the Plant Protection Laboratory and Screen House of Agriculture Faculty, General Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The study was conducted from November 2012 to January 2013. The experimental design used was a randomized block design (RBD). Factors tested were 20 lines upland rice, 6 varieties of elders, and 2 resistant varieties and susceptible of controls, there were Asahan and Kencana Bali varieties. Observed as variables, namely incubation period, the intensity of the disease, and the rate of infection. The results showed that there were resistant upland rice lines to blast disease P. oryzae race 133, namely PF6-PS//MR-G21-3, PF6-PS//MR-G67-3, PF6-PS//MR-G67-2, PF6-PS//MR-G69-3, PF6-PS//MR-G69-2, PF6-MW//G39-G30-8, PF6-MW//G39-G30-16, PF6-MW//G39-G30-15, PF6-MW//G39-G30-6, PF6-MW//G39-G30-12, PF6-SL//G39-G45-17, PF6-SL//G39-G45-2, F6-SL//G39-G45-13, PF6-SL//G39-G45-15, PF6-SL//G39-G45-8, PF6-G39//CH-G79-5, PF6-G39//CH-G44-1, and PF6-G39//CH-G79-9. Upland rice strains that reacted moderately resistant to P. oryzae race 133 was PF6-G39 / / CH-G43-7. Upland rice lines that reacted moderately susceptible was PF6-G39 / / CH-G79-6. |
