Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Seiring dengan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang kesehatan menjadikan produktivitas beras organik di Kabupaten Sragen mengalami peningkatan. Produsen beras organik di Kabupaten Sragen perlu memberikan jaminan kualitas dan kepuasan bagi konsumennya. Belum adanya standar yang mengatur tentang produk akhir beras organik membuat produsen dan konsumen ragu terhadap mutu beras organik, berdasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu pengukuran yang menyatakan bahwa beras organik yang dihasilkan berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui performansi kualitas beras organik di Kabupaten Sragen berdasarkan proses budidaya, panen dan pasca panen yang dilakukan oleh produsen beras dan kepuasan konsumen beras organik di Kabupaten Sragen. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua tahap, pengukuran proses dilakukan dengan cara identifikasi tindakan produksi beras organik menggunakan SNI 6729:2010 dan pengukuran hasil dilakukan kepada konsumen melalui identifikasi tingkat kepentingan atribut beras organik, tingkat kesesuaian dan kesenjangan atribut-atribut mutu beras organik, kepuasan konsumen beras organik terhadap atribut mutu beras organik, prioritas perbaikan atribut-atribut mutu beras organik. Atribut mutu beras organik yang digunakan sebanyak 10 dan dianalisis dengan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Important And Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan produksi yang dilakukan oleh produsen beras organik di Kabupaten Sragen sesuai dengan SNI 6729:2010. Rata-rata nilai kepentingan atribut beras organik adalah 3,53 dan Atribut mutu beras organik yang dianggap tidak penting adalah harga (2,30) dan kemasan (2,60). Hasil analisis CSI didapatkan nilai 61,6% menunjukan bahwa konsumen beras organik di Kabupaten Sragen cukup puas dan berdasarkan diagram IPA diketahui bahwa kinerja atribut produk beras organik yang dihasilkan oleh pertanian organik di Kabupaten Sragen masih perlu diperbaiki, terutama pada atribut warna, kebersihan, sertifikat organik dan kesesuaian label.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Due to the public awareness of healthy food, the organic rice productivity in Sragen also increase and made it as one of the centers of organic rice in Central Java. Organic rice producers in Sragen need to provide assurance of quality and satisfaction for consumers. The absence of standards governing the final product made of organic rice producers and consumers are skeptical about the quality of organic rice, thus a measure that states of the quality of organic rice are needed. The objective research was to determine the performance quality of organic rice in Sragen based on the process of cultivation, harvesting and post- harvest rice which made by the producer and consumer satisfaction organic rice in Sragen. The study was conducted in two phases, the measurement process is done by identifying the actions of organic rice production using SNI 6729:2010 and measurement results done to consumers by identifying the importance of the organic rice attribute, the level of compliance and quality gaps attributes of organic rice, organic rice consumer satisfaction of the organic rice quality attributes, priority improvement of organic rice quality attributes. Organic rice quality attributes of which is used by 10 and analyzed by the method of Customer Satisfaction Index ( CSI ) and Important And Performance Analysis ( IPA ) . The results showed that the actions which undertaken by the production of organic rice producers in Sragen in accordance with SNI 6729:2010 . The average value of the attribute of interest is 3.53 and organic rice quality attributes that are not considered important is the price ( 2.30 ) and packaging ( 2,60 ) . CSI analysis results showed that the value of 61.6 % of the consumers of organic rice in Sragen quite satisfied and diagram based IPA is known that the performance attributes of organic rice products are produced by organic farming in Sragen still need to be improved , especially on the color attributes , cleanliness , organic certificates and suitability of organic labels.
