| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Politik Dinasti Dalam Pemerintahan Desa Pada Era Orde Baru Hingga Reformasi: Studi Di Desa Kedungwuluh Kidul Kecamatan Patikraja Kabupaten Banyumas” Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya politik dinasti di Desa Kedungwuluh Kidul serta mengetahui dampak politik dinasti terhadap hak-hak politik masyarakat. Untuk menganalisis permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya politik dinasti di Desa Kedungwuluh Kidul adalah budaya politik dinasti itu sendiri yang telah menjadi warisan. Faktor kedua yang juga merupakan dampak dari faktor pertama yaitu adanya persepsi dari masyarakat yang mempercayai bahwa kepala desa yang berasal dari dinasti Bapak H. Minhaj akan dapat memimpin desa dengan baik. Faktor ketiga adalah adanya kemampuan yang dimiliki dari calon kepala desa yang diajukan oleh dinasti pada setiap suksesi kepemimpinan. Faktor keempat adalah loyalitas dari keluarga atau dinasti, dimana anggota keluarga sangat solid ketika dihadapkan pada masalah. Selain itu, dengan adanya jumlah anggota dinasti yang lebih dari 50 persen dari masyarakat Desa kedungwuluh Kidul. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga menyebutkan bahwa dengan adanya dinasti yang berkuasa di Desa Kedungwuluh Kidul, akan tetapi tidak menutup hak-hak politik masyarakat. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The tittle of this research is “ Politic Dinasty in Government Village on New Era until Reformasi: Study in Kedungwuluh Kidul Village, Patikraja District, Banyumas Regency”. The aim of this research is knowing some factors that effect of happening dynasty politics in Kedungwuluh Kidul Village and also to knowing the smash of dynasty politics towards the authority of society politics. To analyze this problem in the research, the writer using kualitatif research method with approximation of study case. The result of this research is showing some factors that effect happenied of dynasty politic in Kedungwuluh Kidul Village is the culture of dynasty politics.it self that had been inheritance. The second factor there are include of smash from the first factor that is perception from society. Who trusted that village chief come from Bapak H. Minhaj dynasty will leading the village well. The third factors are skill from the candidate of village chief has and the propose by dynasty on every the leader succession. The forth factors are loyality from family or dynasty, there is the family member is very solidarity when to face on problem. Beside that there are number of dynasty family that more than 50 percents from society in Kedungwuluh Kidul Village. The result of this research also called that there is the dynasty that sovereign in Kedungwuluh Kidul Village, however it doesn’t close the authority of society politics. |
