| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | In-office bleaching is one of tooth bleaching technique that more popular than other bleaching technique because it’s simple and have a good result. High concentration of H2O2 for in-office bleaching can causing enamel demineralization then alterating an enamel physical character include of enamel roughness and colour. Casein Phosphopeptide-Amorphous Calcium Phosphate with Flouride (CPP-ACFP) is the one of remineralizing agent that consist of CPP-ACP and 900 ppm of flour. CPP-ACP has a high bioavaibility of ion Calcium and Phosphate to enamel so CPP-ACP can repairing the alteration of enamel physical character after in-office bleaching with mechanism of remineralization. Aim of this study is comparing the colour and roughness values between enamel after in-office bleaching (H2O2 40%) that applicated with CPP-ACFP and without CPP-ACFP. Subject in this study was human enamel after in-office bleaching (H2O2 40%). This experimental laboratories study was using thirty two pieces divided into 4 groups (n=8), there’re 1A & 1B (being tested for colour value), then group 2A & 2B (being tested for roughness value). All of subject in group A was applicating with CPP-ACFP, while group B wasn’t. All subject were being treated along 14 days in Incubator Modified With Saliva. Independet t-test was used to analyzing data. Result of enamel colour data’s was 102,5638±0,17369 (group 1A) & 102,186±0,17775 (group 1B) with p>0,05, α=95%, whereas enamel roughness data’s was 1,213±0,26424 (group 2A) & 1,388±0,55146 (group 1B) with p>0,05, α=95%. Summary of this study is colour of an enamel after in-office bleaching with application of CPP-ACFP was more stable than without CPP-ACFP, then for the roughness of an enamel after in-office bleaching with application of CPP-ACFP have no differences compare to the enamel without CPP-ACFP. |
