Indonesia)Rendahnya kinerja pelayanan Administrator Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap terlihat dari hasil prasurvey penilaian kinerja individu yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing kepala seksie terhadap bawahannya berdasarkan beban tugas yang dilaksanakan karyawan sesuai dengan form analysis jabatan hasilnya kurang baik.Kondisi yang demikian mengisyaratkan bahwa kerja individu belum optimal, sehingga perlu ada upaya untuk memperbaiki kinerja. Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Kehadiran, Komitmen dan Kesesuaian Tugas terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Kepribadian sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi di Kantor Administrator Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap)” bertujuan menganalisis peran kepribadian dalam memoderasi hubungan antara kehadiran, affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitmentdan kesesuaian tugasdengan kinerja pegawai Administrator Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah pegawai administrator Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap. Penentuan ukuran sampel dengan menggunakan metode sampling sensus yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah analisis regresi berganda dan regresi moderasi.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan kehadiran, affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment dan kesesuaian tugas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil lainnya diketahui kepribadian memoderasi hubungan antara kehadiran, affective commitment dengan kinerja pegawai. Kepribadian tidak memoderasi hubungan antara continuance commitment, normative commitment, dan kesesuaian tugas dengan kinerja pegawai. Peningkatan kinerja pegawai dapat dilakukan secara langsung melalui peningkatan kehadiran pegawai setiap harinya, komitmen pegawai yang kuat dalam menjalani tugas di organisasi. Kesesuaian tugas sangat penting untuk mewujudkan kinerja pegawai yang sesuai harapan, karenanya dalam penempatan pegawai hendaknya memperhatikan latar belakang pendidikan dan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh pegawai sehingga pegawai mampu melaksanakan kewajibannya. Kepribadian akan sangat membantu kinerja pegawai. Artinya pegawai diharapkan memiliki kepribadian yang mampu mendukung proses kerja seperti berkonsentrasi dalam kerja, menikmati pekerjaan dan juga terbuka pada pengalaman baru.

Such conditions imply that the optimal individual work yet , so there needs to be an effort to improve performance . The study, entitled "The Influence of Presence, Commitment and Compliance Duties on Employee Performance with the Variable Moderation Personality (Studies at the Office of the Administrator of Tanjung Intan Port Cilacap Regency)" aims to analyze the role of personality in moderating the relationship between presence, affective commitment, continuance commitment , normative commitment and suitability administrator tasks with employee performance Cilacap Port of Tanjung Intan.
The objectives of this study were employees of the Port of Tanjung Intan Cilacap administrator. Sample size determinationusing sensus samplingmethodsareallmembers of the populationis usedas sample. The methodof analysis usedfortestinghypothesesis multiple regression analysisandregressionmoderation.
The research concludes are presence, affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment and person of job influence on employee performance . Other results known personality moderate the relationship between presence, affective commitment with employee performance. Personality does not moderate the relationship between continuance commitment, normative commitment, and compliance tasks with employee performance. Employee performance improvement can be made directly through increased employee attendance each day, strong employee commitment in carrying out tasks in the organization. Suitability very important task to realize the appropriate employee performance expectations , hence the placement of employees should consider the educational background and skills possessed by the employees so that employees are able to perform its obligations . Personality will greatly help the performance of employees . It means that employees are expected to have a personality that is able to support the work processes as to concentrate on work , enjoy work and are also open to new experiences .
