| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh work family conflict, distributive injustice, procedural injustice, interpersonal injustice, dan informational injustice terhadap Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) personal dan organisasional dengan negative affectivity sebagai variabel moderasi pada karyawan PT. Royal Korindah Purbalingga. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 138 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi moderasi dengan metode sub group dengan software SPSS 17.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa work family conflict, distributive injustice, procedural injustice, interpersonal injustice, dan informational injustice tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) personal dan organisasional. Negative affectivity memoderasi hubungan antara work family conflict, distributive injustice, procedural injustice, interpersonal injustice, dan informational injustice dengan Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) personal dan organisasional. Hubungan antara work family conflict, distributive injustice, procedural injustice, dan informational injustice dengan Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) personal dan organisasional akan lebih kuat pada individu dengan negative affectivity tinggi dibandingkan individu dengan negative affectifity rendah. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to analize the influence of work family conflict, distributive injustice, procedural injustice, interpersonal injustice, and informational injustice toward Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) personal or organizational by adding negative affectivity as moderating variable on PT. Royal Korindah Purbalingga. The sample of this study were 138 respondens using purposive sampling method. The research metode was survey with quantitative approach. The analytical tool was moderating regression with subgroup method using SPSS 17.0. Based on the results of analysis can be conclude that work family conflict, distributive injustice, procedural injustice, interpersonal injustice, and informational injustice not positively related to CWB-P or CWB-O. Negative affectivity was moderated work family conflict, distributive injustice, procedural injustice, interpersonal injustice, and informational injustice to CWB-P and CWB-O. Relation between work family conflict, distributive injustice, procedural injustice, and informational injustice to CWB-P and CWB-O were stonger in individual with high negative affectivity than individual with low negative affectivity. |
