| Judul Artikel | ANALISA PENGARUH PERCEPATAN DURASI TERHADAP BIAYA PELAKSANAAN PROYEK DENGAN METODE TIME COST TRADE OFF |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tingkat keberhasilan suatu proyek dapat dilihat dari segi biaya, durasi dan mutu yang dicapai. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek tidak terlepas dari kendala yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan proyek. Faktor penyebab keterlambatan proyek adalah produktivitas tenaga kerja yang rendah dan perencanaan proyek yang kurang matang. Hal tersebut akan mengakibatkan penambahan anggaran biaya dan durasi pelaksanaan. Pada penelitian ini diambil studi kasus pada proyek pembangunan gedung FKIK Universitas Jenderal Soedirman-Purwokerto (bangunan sayap kiri). Berdasarkan data pada minggu ke-10 bulan November 2012 rencana pekerjaan sebesar 54,02%, sedangkan aktual pekerjaan di lapangan sebesar 29,32% sehingga terjadi keterlambatan sekitar 24,70%. Agar proyek dapat diselesaikan sesuai perencanaan maka dilakukan percepatan penyelesaian proyek dengan biaya yang optimum. Biaya optimum merupakan fungsi dari durasi, biaya langsung dan biaya tidak langsung. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan biaya optimum adalah metode Time Cost Trade Off, dengan skenario percepatan yang dilakukan adalah penambahan jam kerja (lembur) dan penambahan jumlah tenaga kerja. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh durasi penyelesaian proyek dengan produktivitas normal yaitu 155 hari dengan biaya total proyek sebesar Rp 5.353.820.000,00. Sedangkan setelah dilakukan percepatan diperoleh durasi yaitu 149 hari dengan penambahan durasi 29 hari dari 120 hari biaya total proyek sebesar Rp 5.335.960.000,00. Penyelesaian proyek dengan durasi percepatan optimum membutuhkan biaya yang lebih efisien sebesar Rp 17.860.000,00. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The success level of a project can be indicated from the terms of cost, duration and quality. However, implementation of a project cannot be separated from constraint which causes delay of the project. The factors causing the delay of project are low labor productivity and bad project schedulling. It will cause additional of budget and duration. This research took building construction project of FKIK University of Jenderal Soedirman-Purwokerto (left wing of the building) as case study. Based on the data on Sunday, November 10th 2012, plan work was 54,02%, while the actual work in the field was 29,32%. Thus, there was delaying about 24,70%. In order to finish the project within tolerance duration, it needed accelerating the completion of the project with optimum cost. Optimum cost is a function of duration, direct costs and indirect costs. The method that used to obtain optimum cost is Time CostTrade Off method which is scenario of acceleration by adding working hours (overtime) and the labors. This research gave result of project completion duration with the normal productivity was 155 days with the total cost project amounting to IDR 5.353.820.000,00. While accelerating could provide duration as 149 days with additional duration 29 days of 120 days and the total cost project was IDR 5.335.960.000,00. The completion of the project by optimum acceleration duration gave more efficient cost as much as IDR 17.860.000,00. |
