| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Permasalahan kekerasan terhadap perempuan akan berdampak pada kondisi psikologis, sosial dan ekonomi perempuan korban kekerasan. Adanya woman crisis center seperti UPIPA dapat membantu pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk dalam upaya penanganan dan pemberdayaan korban kekerasan. Upaya reintegrasi korban sudah menjadi tanggung jawab relawan UPIPA bersama dengan pemerintah dengan membuat suatu strategi komunikasi yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan yang hendak dicapai, yakni kesejahteraan dan kemandirian korban. Strategi komunikasi itu sendiri adalah suatu cara mengatur pelaksanaan proses komunikasi sejak dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan sampai dengan evaluasi, untuk mencapai suatu tujuan (R. Wayne Pace dalam Effendy, 2004:32). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan UPIPA dalam pemberdayaan perempuan korban kekerasan di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Di samping itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui kerjasama/koordinasi yang dilakukan UPIPA dengan organisasi/lembaga lain yang terkait dalam pemberdayaan perempuan korban kekerasan di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Support Group mampu memberikan penguatan secara psikologis kepada perempuan korban kekerasan, dan beberapa diantaranya, korban dipilih sesuai dengan kemampuannya untuk memperoleh bantuan modal berupa barang untuk melanjutkan kehidupan ekonominya. Proses pemberdayaan melalui Support Group memberikan pengertian kepada perempuan korban kekerasan bahwa mereka memiliki hak yang sama dengan kaum laki-laki dalam menjalankan kehidupan. Relawan UPIPA mengakomodir kebutuhan perempuan korban kekerasan yang disesuaikan dengan program pemerintah, sehingga pemerintah mampu memberikan bantuannya melalui UPIPA. Pemanfaatan kegiatan Support Group dirasakan dapat membantu perempuan korban kekerasan, untuk kembali menjalankan kehidupannya di lingkungan masyarakat. Strategi komunikasi antarpribadi yang dilakukan relawan UPIPA dengan anggota lembaga lain akan mampu membuka hubungan kemitraan yang baik untuk dapat menumbuhkan rasa kepedulian terhadap perempuan korban kekerasan di Kabupaten Wonosobo. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Issues of violence against women will have an impact on the psychological, social and economic women victims of violence. The existence of woman crisis center such UPIPA can help the government and the community to the efforts to handling and empowering the victims of violence. Reintegration of victims is the responsibility of the volunteer UPIPA along with the government to create a communication strategy that be adapted to the goals to be achieved, namely the prosperity and independence of the victim. Communication strategy itself is a way for the implementation of the communication process from planning, implementation to evaluation, to achieve a goal. (R. Wayne Pace in Effendy, 2004: 32) The purpose of this research is to fid out the communication strategy that is conducted UPIPA in the empowering of female as the violence victim in Regency of Wonosobo. Beside that, this research also aims to find out the cooperation/coordination that is conducted by UPIPA with the organization/institution that related with the empowerment of female as victim in Regency of Wonosobo. From the result of research shows that the program of Support Group can give the strength physiologically to the female as the violence victim, and some of victims are selected according to their capability to obtain the capital assistance like goods to continue their economic life. The process of empowering through the Support Group gives the understanding to the females as the violence victim that they have the similar right with the male in running their life. The volunteer of UPIPA accommodates the need of females as the violence victim that based on the government program, so the government can give assistance through UPIPA. The usage of the activity of Support Group is considered in order to can help the female as the victim of violence to return their life in the environment of society. Communication strategy inter personal that is conducted by the volunteer of UPIPA with the other institution member will able to open the good partnership correlation to grow the empathy feeling to the female as the victim of violence in Regency of Wonosobo. With the approach of the communication inter personal, the volunteer of UPIPA communicates with the female as the victim of violence and stakeholder with the interaction that shows the similarity with the purpose to satisfy all sides. |
