| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Otonomi daerah sepatutnya menjadi peluang bagi peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), terutama bagi daerah yang kaya akan sumber daya alam. Sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Kebumen memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan dan diharapkan bisa berkontribusi terhadap PAD. Hal ini terlihat dari sisi ekonomi di mana jumlah penerimaan sektor pariwisata dan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan tahun 2001-2011 menunjukkan angka yang semakin meningkat. Namun, kinerja sektor pariwisata pada umumnya masih belum optimal dikarenakan ada beberapa masalah mendasar. Salah satunya mengenai penyediaan dan pengembangan infrastruktur yang kurang memadai. Hal ini menimbulkan permasalahan bagi pengembangan sektor pariwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) menganalisis pengaruh ketersediaan infrastruktur secara bersama-sama dan secara parsial terhadap penerimaan daerah dari sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Kebumen tahun 2001-2011, (2) menganalisis faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan daerah dari sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Kebumen tahun 2001-2011, (3) memproyeksikan perkembangan penerimaan daerah dari sektor pariwisata, jumlah wisatawan, jumlah kamar terjual, rasio jalan dalam kondisi baik dan sedang, jumlah air yang terjual, dan belanja langsung sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Kebumen tahun 2012-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa data sekunder dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dan trend quadratic. Variabel yang diteliti terdiri dari empat variabel independen: jumlah kamar hotel yang terjual, rasio jalan dengan kondisi baik dan sedang, jumlah air yang terjual, jumlah belanja langsung sektor pariwisata, dan satu variabel dependen: jumlah penerimaan daerah dari sektor pariwisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) secara bersama-sama, keempat variabel memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerimaan daerah dari sektor pariwisata dan secara parsial, hanya variabel rasio jalan dengan kondisi baik dan sedang, jumlah air yang terjual, dan jumlah belanja langsung sektor pariwisata yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerimaan daerah dari sektor pariwisata, (2) faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah jumlah air yang terjual, (3) proyeksi perkembangan penerimaan daerah dari sektor pariwisata, jumlah wisatawan, jumlah kamar terjual, rasio jalan dalam kondisi baik dan sedang, dan jumlah air yang terjual menunjukkan trendmeningkat sedangkan belanja langsung sektor pariwisata menunjukkan trend menurun di Kabupaten Kebumen tahun 2012-2016. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Regional autonomy should be an opportunity for Original Local Revenue (PAD), especially for the rich districts of natural resources. The tourism sector in Kebumen Regency has potential contribute to PAD. It is seen from the side of the economy where the total receipts and total tourist visits in 2001-2011 showed that figure is increasing. However, the performance of the tourism sector is not optimal because of some fundamental problems. One was about the preparation and the lack of adequate infrastructure expansion. The purpose of this study: (1) to analyze the influence of availability infrastructure together and partially on the tourism revenue in Kebumen Regency period 2001-2011, (2) to analyze factors that most influence the tourism revenue in Kebumen Regency period 2001-2011, (3) projecting the tourism revenue in Kebumen, the number of tourists, number of sold rooms, the ratio of road in good and medium condition, the amount of sold water, and direct government expenditure in tourism sector Kebumen Regency period 2012-2016. This study used secondary data analysis method with a multiple linear regression and quadratic trend. Independent variables: the number of rented hotel rooms, the ratio of road with good and medium condition, the amount of sold water, the total direct government expenditure, and dependent variable: total tourism revenue in Kebumen Regency. The results showed: (1) together, the four variables have a positive and significant influence toward tourism revenue and partially, only the ratio of variable road in good and medium condition, the amount of sold water, and the total direct government expenditure have a positive and significant effect on the tourism revenue, (2) the most influential factor is the amount of sold water, (3) projections of growth the tourism revenue in Kebumen Regency, the number of tourists, number of rented hotel rooms, the ratio of road with good and medium condition, and the amount of sold water upward trend while direct government expenditure shows a declining trend in the Kebumen Regency period 2012-2016. |
