| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan proses terbentuknya kerjasama antar daerah Kabupaten Banyumas dan Kabupaten Purbalingga serta motif ekonomi politiknya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kerjasama antar daerah antara Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas dan Kabupaten Purbalingga dilatarbelakangi oleh lahirnya otonomi daerah. Proses terbentuknya kerjasama antara Kabupaten Banyumas dan Kabupaten Purbalingga sendiri dimulai dari proses negosiasi yang lama yaitu dari tahun 2010 - 2012. Sedangkan untuk motif ekonomi politik dalam kerjasama tersebut dapat diuraikan dalam tiga variabel yaitu variabel nilai, kepentingan, dan kekuasaan. Pertama, variabel nilai dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kedua kabupaten lebih mementingkan nilai kerjasama dibandingkan nilai persaingan. Kedua, variabel kepentingan dimana dalam penelitian ini terlihat sekali terdapat faktor kepentingan dari aktor – aktor yang terlibat dalam kerjasama antar daerah. Ketiga, variabel kekuasaan dimana dalam penelitian ini pada dasarnya kedua kabupaten memiliki kekuasaan yang sama namun Kabupaten Purbalingga memiliki posisi tawar yang lebih daripada Kabupaten Banyumas. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study to understand and describe the process of the formation of inter-regional kerjasama Banyumas and Purbalingga political and economic motives. on this research, inter-regional cooperation between the Government of Banyumas and Purbalingga motivated by the birth of regional autonomy. The process of formation of inter-regional cooperation Banyumas and Purbalingga through a long negotiation process from year 2010 to 2012. This is due to the tug of interests such as funding issues and project bidding. As for the motives of political economy in the partnership can be described in three variables: the variable values, interests, and power. First, the value of the variable in this study indicate that both districts are more concerned with the value of cooperation than competition value. Second, the variable of interest in this study which looks at all factors included interests of actors - actors who are involved in the inter-regional cooperation. Thirdly, variable power which in this study are basically two districts have the same power but Purbalingga have a better bargaining position than Banyumas. |
