Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)The purposes of this study are to analyze the affects of communication and leadership on job satisfaction of employees of PT. PLN APJ Purwokerto, and to analyze the effect of communication, leadership and employees job satisfaction on the work performance of PT. PLN APJ Purwokerto.
This study uses test the validity and reliability of the research instruments and the classical assumptions on the data collected from the respondents. Multiple regression used to calculate the effect of independent variables on the dependent. To test the hypothesis the F test and t test are used.
The results show that Communication and leadership affect job satisfaction. Communication, leadership and job satisfaction affect the work performance.
