| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Program Alih Profesi Kepada Nelayan Jaring Apong merupakan salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan perusahaan terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Suatu program dikatakan efektif jika mampu mencapai tujuannya, oleh karena itu, perlu dikaji efektivitas program alih profesi kepada nelayan jarring apong. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode analisis dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, tabulasi silang, uji t dan uji Mann-Whitney U. Penelitian ini dalam mengukur efektivitas menggunakan Teori Peter Henry Rossi untuk mengukur efektivitas program. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan ke arah yang positif setelah dilakukan uji beda pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Program Alih Profesi berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan, meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan terhadap hasil kerja, menurunkan tingkat konflik pemanfaatan bersama sungai Donan dan meningkatkan tingkat kesadaran lingkungan pada kelompok penerima program. Terjadinya perubahan ke arah positif pada masing-masing aspek berarti dapat dikatakan program alih profesi telah efektif. Walaupun program alih profesi telah dapat dikatakan efektif, namun alih-alih urusan perut karena jaring apong merupakan sumber pencaharian utama dalam mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari masih ada beberapa nelayan penerima program yang masih praktik jaring apong, namun lokasi praktiknya berpindah di pinggiran sungai Donan yang tidak digunakan sebagai jalur lalu lintas kapal industri. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Transfer Program Profession To Fishermen Nets Apong is one form of social and environmental responsibility to the environment surrounding the company. A program is said to be effective if it is able to achieve its objectives, therefore, necessary to study the effectiveness of the program over the profession to fishing nets Apong. The method used is the method of quantitative survey approach. Sample selection techniques use total sampling. Analysis method using frequency distribution, cross tabulation, t test and Mann-Whitney U test This study to measure the effectiveness of using the theory of Peter Henry Rossi to measure program effectiveness. Results of this study indicate a change in a positive direction after different test in the experimental group and the control group. Interpreting Profession program successfully increase revenue, improve the level of satisfaction with the work, lower levels of utilization along the river Donan conflict and increase the level of environmental awareness in the group receiving the program. Change towards the positive in each aspect of the program means that it can be said over the profession has been effective. Although the program has been over the profession can be said to be effective, but instead of the abdomen because the net Apong affairs is the main source of income to make ends meet day-to-day there are still some fishermen beneficiaries who still practice nets Apong, but practice moved location on the riverside Donan is not used as an industrial ship traffic. |
