| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | The aims of research are to find out and to analyze the significance effect of job satisfaction on internal auditor’s job performance, to find out and to analyze the significance effect of organizational commitment on internal auditor’s job performance and to find out and to analyze the significance moderate of self efficacy on the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on internal auditor’s job performance. The research was conducted at the Inspectorate office (Regional Monitoring Agency) of Banyumas District, was located at Jl. Prof. Dr. Suharso No.45 B Purwokerto.Method to determinie sample size using census, where the number of respondents in this research was 50 officials.To test hypotheses of this research, it used multiple and moderated regression analysis. Based on the result of multiple regression analysis,it got the tstatistic value of job satisfaction as well as the tstatistic value of organizational commitment were greater than the value of ttable, therefore the first and second hypotheses can be accepted. Furthermore, based on the result of moderated regression analysis,it got the t statistic value of moderating_1 and moderating_2 variables were greater than the value of t table, therefore the third hypothesis can be accepted. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has significant effect on internal auditor’s job performance, organizational commitmenthas significant effect on internal auditor’s job performance and self efficacy moderates the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on internal auditor’s job performance of Inspectorate in Banyumas District. |
