| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya keuntungan yang diterima dan efisiensi usaha industri kecil olahan carica serta untuk mengetahui pendapatan usaha industri kecil olahan carica di Kecamatan Mojotengah Kabupaten Wonosobo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Sedangkan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 32 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha industri kecil olahan carica dalam kemasan botol menguntungkan dan sudah efisien, hal ini dapat dilihat dari besarnya nilai R/C ratio lebih dari 1. Selain itu, tiap anggota keluarga sudah hidup layak karena memiliki penghasilan melebihi KHL yang sudah ditetapkan. Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas yaitu industri ini harus terus dikembangkan untuk memanfaatkan bahan baku yang melimpah, dan harus terus dibina dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Karena terbukti industri ini menguntungkan dan mampu menyerap banyak tenaga kerja lokal. Sehingga diharapkan tingkat pengangguran akan semakin berkurang. Selain itu, efisiensi penggunaan biaya dapat terus ditingkatkan antara lain dengan meminimalkan penggunaan biaya produksi serta mencari alternatif pengemasan produk yang lebih murah. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research was to determine the amount of benefits received and processed the efficiency of small industrial enterprises as well as to determine the income carica small industrial businesses in the District of processed carica Mojotengah Wonosobo regency. This type of research is survey research. While the sampling method using simple random sampling method with a sample of 32 people. Results of this research indicate that small industry carica processed in bottles already profitable and efficient, it can be seen from the value of the R / C ratio is more than 1. In addition, each member of the family already has a decent living because the income exceeds a predefined KHL. The implications of the above conclusion that the industry should be developed to take advantage of abundant raw material, and should continue to be fostered in order to improve the welfare of society. Because this industry proved profitable and able to absorb a lot of the local workforce. So expect the unemployment rate will decrease. In addition, the use of cost efficiency can be improved for example by minimizing the cost of production and use of alternative packaging for cheaper products. |
