| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Kecil Keramik (Studi Kasus di Desa Klampok Kecamatan Purwareja Klampok Kabupaten Banjarnegara)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal, bahan baku, dan tenaga kerja terhadap hasil produksi keramik dan skala produksi industri keramik di Desa Klampok Kecamatan Purwareja Klampok Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yang pertama adalah variabel modal, bahan baku, dan tenaga kerja secara bersama-sama maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan tehadap produksi industri keramik di Desa Klampok. Hipotesis yang kedua adalah skala produksi industri pembuatan keramik di Desa Klampok berada dalam kondisi decreasing return to scale. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua industri keramik di Desa Klampok Kecamatan Purwareja Klampok Kabupaten Banjarnegara yang berjumlah 15 industri dan semua diambil sebagai responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan fungsi produksi Cobb Douglas dan dilanjutkan dengan menguji model regresi menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji statistik antara lain uji koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi menggunakan pendekatan fungsi produksi Cobb Douglas, persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah LnY = Ln 8,702 - 0,206 Ln X1 + 0,823 Ln X2 + 0,947 Ln X3 t hitung = X1 (-0,673) ; X2 (2,670) ; X3 (2,994) dan t tabel = 2,201 F hitung = 27,219 ; dan F tabel = 3,587 R2 = 0,881 ; Adj R2 = 0,849 ; D-W test = 1,829 Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji F dapat diketahui bahwa variabel modal, bahan baku, dan tenaga kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah produksi keramik pada industri kecil keramik di Desa Klampok Kecamatan Purwareja Klampok Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Berdasarkan uji t, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial bahan baku dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah produksi keramik sedangkan untuk modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah produksi pada industri kecil keramik di Desa Klampok Kecamatan Purwareja Klampok Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa nilai dari return to scale adalah sebesar 1,564. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa industri keramik berada pada kondisi increasing return to scale. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh implikasi bahwa pengusaha keramik di Desa Klampok harus lebih memperhatikan dan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor produksi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi keramik yaitu bahan baku dan tenaga kerja dan menggunakan faktor produksi seperti modal, bahan baku baku, dan tenaga kerja sesuai dengan kapasitas dan kebutuhan produksi yang dimiliki, hal ini dikarenakan industri keramik berada dalam kondisi increasing return to scale, sehingga industri keramik ini memiliki prospek yang bagus untuk dikembangkan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study entitled "Factor Influencing The Production Of Ceramics Small Industry (Case Study in Klampok Village Purwareja Klampok Sub District Banjarnegara Regency)". This study aimed to determine the effect of capital, raw materials, and labor to the production of ceramics and ceramic industrial scale production at the Klampok Village Purwareja Klampok Sub District Banjarnegara Regency. The hypothesis of this study is the first variable capital, raw materials, and labor jointly and partially significant production ceramic industry in Klampok Village. The second hypothesis is the industrial-scale production of ceramic making Klampok Village in a state of decreasing returns to scale. Population in this research is all the ceramics industry in Klampok Village Purwareja Klampok Sub District Banjarnegara Regency compricing15 industries and all were taken as respondents. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression with the Cobb Douglas production function approach and proceed with testing the regression model using the classical assumption and statistical tests such as the coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. Based on the results of the regression analysis using Cobb Douglas production function approach, the resulting regression equation is LNY = Ln 8.702 –0.206 Ln X1 + 0.823 Ln X2 + 0.947 Ln X3 t = X1 (-0.673), X2 (2,670), X3 (2.994) and t table = 2.201 Calculated F = 27.219, and F table = 3.587 R2 = 0.881; Adj R2 = 0.849; DW test = 1.829 Based on the calculation of the F test can be seen that the variable capital, raw materials, and labor are jointly significant effect on the amount of industrial production on a small ceramic tile in Klampok Village Purwareja Klampok Sub District Banjarnegara Regency. Based on the t test, it can be concluded that the partial raw materials and labor have a significant effect on the amount of capital for the production of ceramics, while no significant effect on the number of small industrial ceramic production in Klampok Village Purwareja Klampok Sub District Banjarnegara Regency. In this research note that the value of returns to scale is equal to 1.564. This suggests that the ceramic industry is at increasing return to scale conditions. Based on the research results, obtained by the implication that the ceramics in the Klampok Village employers should pay more attention to and consider the factors that significantly influence the production of ceramic production are raw materials and labor and the use of production factors such as capital, raw materials, and labor in accordance with the capacity owned and production needs, this is because the ceramic industry in a state of increasing returns to scale, so that the ceramic industry has good prospects for development. |
