| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | UD. Gunungmas adalah suatu usaha dagang yang bergerak di bidang kantong plastik secara retail maupun grosir. Usaha dagang ini sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1990 di Banjarnegara Jawa Tengah. UD. Gunungmas mengalami beberapa kendala khususnya pada bagian sirkulasi barang yang pengolahan datanya masih dilakukan secara manual, output yang berupa informasi atau laporan masih berupa arsip – arsip yang jumlahnya sangat banyak. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan sering terjadinya keterlambatan dalam penyampaian informasi kepada pemilik maupun dalam pelayanan kepada pembeli. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu dibangun sebuah sistem sirkulasi penjualan barang yang digunakan untuk meminimalisasi pengeluaran, mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan-kesalahan akibat proses pencatatan data yang kurang efektif yang dapat merugikan perusahaan maupun konsumen. Sistem sirkulasi ini dapat memberikan informasi kepada pemilik tentang barang-barang yang laku dan kurang laku serta barang-barang yang harus dipesan karena stok barang yang sudah hampir habis. |

The commercial enterprise has been established since 1990 in Banjarnegara Central Java. UD. GUNUNGMAS having some problems especially in the circulation of goods that data processing is still done manually, the output information in the form or report in the form of archives - archives are huge numbers. This resulted in frequent delays in the delivery of information to the owner and in service to the buyer. Based on this, it is necessary to build a circulation system that is used for the sale of goods to minimize expenditure, reducing the possibility of errors due to the data recording process is less effective that could hurt the company and consumers. The circulatory system can provide information to the owner of the goods sold and not sold as well as the items to be ordered because the stocks are already running low. |
