Indonesia) | HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DENGAN AKTUALISASI DIRI PADA REMAJA DI DESA KUTASARI KECAMATAN BATURRADEN KABUPATEN BANYUMAS Panggih Sediyo 1, Endang Triyanto 2, Aswin 3 ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Aktualisasi diri merupakan salah satu kebutuhan yang diharapkan dapat terpenuhi oleh setiap orang. Apabila kondisi masyarakat menunjang, maka proses pengaktualisasian diri akan dapat dicapai. Apabila seseorang memiliki kepercayaan diri yang tinggi maka ia akan lebih mudah untuk mengaktualisasikan atau mengembangkan kemampuan-kemampuan yang dimilkinya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan aktualisasi diri pada remaja di Desa Kutasari Kecamatan Baturraden Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode: Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kutasari pada bulan Juli 2013, menggunakan desain crosssectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu 48 remaja di Desa Kutasari. Instrumen yang dipergunakan adalah kuesioner kepercayaan diri dan kuesioner aktualisasi diri yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analsis data menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan usia responden paling banyak adalah 19 tahun. Sebagian besar pendidikan responden yaitu SMA. Diketahui bahwa nilai p value=0,002 (p<α=0,05). Nilai Spearman =0,431, Aktualisasi diri remaja di Desa Kutasari adalah 62,5% (sedang). Kepercayaan diri remaja di Desa Kutasari mayoritas adalah 72,9 % (sedang). Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan aktualisasi diri pada remaja di Desa Kutasari Kecamatan Baturraden Kabupaten Banyumas. Inggris) | Hubungan kepercayaan diri terhadap aktualisasi diri remaja akhir di Desa Kutasari, kecamatan baturraden, Kabupaten banyumas CORRELATION BETWEEN SELF-CONFIDENCE WITH SELF-ACTUALIZATION IN TEENAGERS AT KUTASARI VILLAGE BATURRADEN REGENCY, BANYUMAS Panggih Sediyo 1, Endang Triyanto 2, Aswin 3 ABSTRACT Background: Self actualization is one of the needs which are expected to be fulfilled by everyone. If the community condition supports, the self actualizing process will be achieved. If someone has high confidence, they will be easier to actualize or develop abilities owned. Objective: This study was to identify the correlation between self confidence with self actualization in teenagers at Kutasari village, Baturraden regency, Banyumas. Methods: The study was conducted in the Kutasari village on July 2013, used a cross-sectional design. This study used purposive sampling, which was consisted of 48 teenagers in the village Kutasari. The instrument used was a self-confidence questionnaire and self-actualization questionnaire, which were tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used Spearman's test. Results: The results showed that the respondent was from male sex at the most and age of 19 years old at the most. Most of the respondents are high school education. It was known that the p value = 0.002 (p <α = 0,05). Spearman value = 0.431, the value of teenagers’ self actualization in the Kutasari village was 62.5% (moderate). The majority of teenagers’ self confidence of the in the Kutasari village was 72.9% (moderate). Conclusion: There was a correlation between self self-confidence with self actualization in teenagers at Kutasari village, Baturraden regency, Banyumas.
