| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Stres inkontinensia urin merupakan jenis inkontinensia yang sering ditemukan pada post partum. Salah satu faktor risiko yang menyebabkan terjadinya stres inkontinensia urin adalah berat bayi lahir sehingga menyebabkan trauma kandung kemih yang dapat mengakibatkan saraf dan impuls motorik terganggu. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan berat bayi lahir terhadap terjadinya stres inkontinensia urin post partum di RSBD Panti Nugroho Purbalingga. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain case control. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 111 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner stres inkontinensia urin. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan berat bayi lahir terhadap terjadinya stres inkontinensia urin post partum di RSBD Panti Nugroho Purbalingga. Uji statistik Chi-square tabel 2X2 kontingensi menunjukkan pvalue>0,05 (pvalue 0,770). Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan berat bayi lahir terhadap terjadinya stres inkontinensia urin post partum di RSBD Panti Nugroho Purbalingga. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT Background: Stress urinary incontinence is a common incontinence found during post partum. One of the risk factors which cause stress urinary incontinence is the weight of the newborn causing bladder trauma that finally affects unbalanced motoric nerve and impulse. Purpose: This research is aimed to investigate the relation between the weight of the newborn and post partum stress urinary incontinence in RSBD Panti Nugroho Purbalingga. Method: This research uses case control design. The sampling technique occupied in this research is purposive sampling with 111 respondents. The instrument of the research is the Stress Incontinence Questionnaire. Result: The findings show that there is no relation between the weight of the newborn and post partum stress urinary incontinence in RSBD Panti Nugroho Purbalingga. The statistical test of Chi-square 2X2 table contingency shows pvalue>0,05 (pvalue 0,770). Conclusion: There is no relation between the weight of the newborn and post partum stress urinary incontinence in RSBD Panti Nugroho Purbalingga.
