| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh komunikasi, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Kota Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Banjarnegara yang berjumlah 83 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta untuk mengetahui variabel manakah diantara ketiga variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Kota Banjarnegara, serta kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja karyawan dibanding variabel komunikasi dan disiplin kerja. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT The title from this research is the effect of communications , job satisfaction and discipline of works towards PDAM Banjarnegara employees works performance. This research is a case study towards PDAM banjarnegara employees which total amount of 83 peoples . This research aim to analyzed the effect of communications , job satisfaction and discipline of works towards PDAM Banjarnegara employees works performance and also to find out which variable have the biggest effect toward employees works performance among those three variables. The obtained result using mulitiple linear regression analysis calculating shows that communications , job satisfaction and discipline of works significantly have positive effect towards PDAM Banjarnegara employees works performance, and compared with communications and discipline of works variables, the job satisfaction variable have the biggest effect towards employee works performance. |
