| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Efisiensi Teknis dan Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Supir Taksi (Studi Empiris di KOBATA Purwokerto)”. Subjek penelitian ini adalah supir-supir taksi KOBATA Purwokerto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji tingkat efisiensi secara teknis dari supir taksi KOBATA serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh jam kerja, masa kerja, serta tingkat pendidikan supir taksi KOBATA terhadap pendapatan supir taksi KOBATA di Purwokerto. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah : 1. Tingkat efisiensi teknis supir taksi KOBATA belum efisien. 2. Jam kerja, masa kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan supir taksi KOBATA di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi teknis dari supir taksi KOBATA, dan alat analisis Regresi Linier Berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh jam kerja, masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pendapatan supir taksi KOBATA. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah secara teknis supir taksi KOBATA belum seluruhnya efisien. Ada pengaruh positif dari variabel jam kerja terhadap pendapatan supir taksi KOBATA, ada pengaruh positif dari variabel masa kerja terhadap tingkat pendapatan supir taksi KOBATA, sedangkan variabel tingkat pendidikan tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap tingkat pendapatan supir taksi KOBATA. Oleh karena itu, supir taksi KOBATA harus lebih memperhatikan kombinasi input dan output guna mendapatkan pendapatan yang lebih maksimal, serta meningkatkan jam kerja untuk memperoleh jumlah penumpang yang lebih. Peningkatan pelayanan juga harus dipertimbangkan oleh para supir taksi untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada para pengguna taksi KOBATA di Purwokerto. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research took the title "Technical Efficiency and Factors Affecting Income Taxi Driver (Empirical Studies in KOBATA Purwokerto)". The subjects were KOBATA taxi drivers of Purwokerto. The purpose of this research was to examine the technical efficiency level of KOBATAtaxi drivers as well as to determine the effect of working hours, work experience, and levelof education to income KOBATA taxi drivers in Purwokerto. The hypothesis of this research are: 1. Technical efficiency level of KOBATA taxi drivers is not yet efficient. 2. Working hours, work experience, and level of education has a positive effect on income KOBATA taxi drivers in Purwokerto. This research uses analysis tools DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) to determine the technical efficiency level of KOBATAtaxi drivers, and multiple linear regression analysis tools to determine the effect of hours worked, work experience and level of education on income KOBATA taxi drivers.The results of this research are technically taxi drivers KOBATA not entirely efficient. There is a positive effect of the variable hours of work to income KOBATA taxi drivers, there is a positive effect of the variable work experience to the KOBATA taxi drivers income level, level of education while the variable doesn’t have a positive influence on the level of income KOBATA taxi drivers. Therefore, KOBATA taxi drivers should pay more attention to the combination of inputs and outputs in order to obtain maximum revenue, and increase working hours to obtain greater number of passengers. Improvement of services should also be considered by the taxi drivers to give satisfaction to the users taxi KOBATA in Purwokerto. |
