| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Sektor Ekonomi Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Di Provinsi Jawa Barat Tahun 2001-2011. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sektor ekonomi(sektor primer,sektor sekunder dan sektor tersier) terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, mengetahui laju pertumbuhan tenaga kerja di masing-masing sektor ekonomi dan untuk mengetahui perkembangan penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis data sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi General Linear Model(GLM) dengan model statistik untuk pengujian secara parsial menggunakan uji t dan secara bersama-sama menggunakan uji F. Laju pertumbuhan untuk mengetahui bagaimana laju pertumbuhan tenaga kerja di masing-masing sektor ekonomi, Garis trend linear dengan metode kwadrat terkecil digunakan untuk mengetahui perkembangan/trend penyerapan tenaga kerja Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Regresi General Linear Model dapat diketahui bahwa variabel PDRB Sektor Primer berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, variabel PDRB Sektor Sekunder berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, serta variabel PDRB Sektor Tersier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Laju pertumbuhan tenaga kerja di Sektor Primer bernilai negatif atau laju pertumbuhannya mengalami penurunan, sedangkan untuk sektor sekunder dan sektor tersier laju pertimbuhannya bernilai positif atau laju pertumbuhan tenaga kerjanya mengalami peningkatan.Perkembangan/ trend penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor primer negatif, sedangkan perkembangan penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor sekunder dan sektor tersier positif Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Perlu lebih mengintensifkan mekanisasi, yaitu peralihan dari penggunaan alat-alat tradisional seperti cangkul menjadi hand traktor dan perlunya inovasi-inovasi baru dalam menciptakan alat-alat canggih untuk menunjang sektor primer. (2) Dibutuhkan perluasan lapangan pekerjaan dalam jumlah yang besar. (3) Pemerataan penyerapan tenaga kerja di setiap sektor agar tidak menimbulkan ketimpangan penyerapan tenaga kerja di setiap sektornya. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research entitled Economic Sector Effect on Labor Absorption in West Java Province Year 2001-2011. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic sectors (primary sector, secondary sector and tertiary sector) in labor absorption, determine the rate of growth of employment in each economy sector and to determine the development of labor absorption in the province of West Java. This research was conducted using secondary data analysis method. Analysis tool used was the General Linear Model (GLM) Regression with a statistical model for partial testing using t test and altogether using F test. Growth rate to determine how the rate of labor absorption growth in each economy sector. Linear trend line with the least square method used to determine the labor absorption trend. Based on calculation from the General Linear Model Regression it can be seen that the GDP Primary Sector variable has negative and significant effect, the GDP Secondary Sector variable has positive and significant effect, and the GDP Tertiary Sector variable has positive and significant effect on labor absorption in the province of West Java. The rate of labor growth in primary sector was negative or declining growth rate, while for the secondary sector and the tertiary sector grew positively or the rate of growth was increasing. The development/trend of labor absorption in the primary sector was negative, while the development of labor absorption in the secondary sector and the tertiary sector was positive. The implications of this study were (1) the needs to intensify mechanization, the transition from the use of traditional tools such as hand hoe to tractor and the need for new innovations in creating advanced tools to support the primary sector. (2) The needs of job expansion in large number. (3) Equity in labor absorption in each sector in order to avoid imbalance of labor absorption in each sector. |
