Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA), Ukuran Perusahaan, Rasio Lancar (CR), Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV) perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada 2009-2011. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi empiris dengan beberapa metode analisis regresi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, itu mendapat nilai t statistik profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan variabel kebijakan dividen masing-masing lebih besar dari t tabel, nilai t statistik variabel likuiditas lebih kecil dari t tabel dan nilai t statistik variabel leverage yang lebih kecil dari t tabel. Oleh karena itu hipotesis pertama, kedua, keempat dan kelima dapat diterima, sedangkan hipotesis ketiga ditolak.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan serta kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

The aims of research are to analyze the effects of Return on Assets (ROA) Firm Size, Current Ratio (CR), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Price to Book Value (PBV) of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2011. The method of research is empirical study with multiple regression method analysis. Based on the result analysis, it got the t statistic value of profitability, firm size and dividend policy variables is each greater than the t table, the t statistic value of liquidity variable is smaller than the t table and the t statistic value of leverage variables is smaller than the -t table. Therefore the first, second, fourth and fifth hypotheses can be accepted, while the third hypothesis is rejected.
Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that profitability, firm size as well as dividend policy has positive and significant effect on firm value, liquidity has positive but no significant effect on firm value, while leverage has negative and significant effect on firm value of consumer goods companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.
