| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan, Likuiditas, Risiko, dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Kinerja”. Kinerja merupakan faktor penting untuk kelangsungan perusahaan, dengan kinerja yang baik, maka baik pula daya saingnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan, faktor inilah yang akan menjadi pusat perhatian manajemen untuk perencanaan perusahaan dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah : a.i.1. Kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. a.i.2. Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. a.i.3. Likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. a.i.4. Risiko berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. a.i.5. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja yaitu dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan menggunakan analisis Regresi linier Berganda dapat diketahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dengan signifikan atau tidak. Berdasarkan perhitungan dapat diketahui dengan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda bahwa kepemilikan institusional tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, dengan t hitung sebesar 1,417 yang lebih kecil dari t tabel sebesar 2,042. Kepemilikan manajerial mempengaruhi signifikan negatif terhadap kinerja, dengan -t hitung sebesar -3,068 yang lebih kecil dari –t tabel -2,042. Likuiditas tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, dengan t hitung sebesar 0,189 yang lebih kecil dari t tabel sebesar 2,042. Risiko mempengaruhi signifikan positif terhadap kinerja, dengan t hitung sebesar 2,881 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,042. Profitabilitas tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, dengan t hitung sebesar 1,929 lebih kecil dari t tabel 2,042. Perusahaan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih baik lagi untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The study is titled "The Effect of Ownership Structure, Liquidity, Risk, and Profitability To Performance". Performance is an important factor for the survival of the company, with a good performance, the better the competitiveness. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the performance of the company, these factors will be the center of attention for the management of corporate planning in the short term and long term. The hypothesis of this study is: 1. Institutional ownership has a positive effect on firm performance. 2. Negative effect of managerial ownership on firm performance. 3. Liquidity has a positive effect on firm performance. 4. The risk of a negative impact on corporate performance. 5. Profitability has a positive effect on firm performance. The analytical method used to determine the factors that affect the performance by using Multiple Linear Regression, using Multiple linear regression analysis can be determined by factors that affect performance significantly. Based on the calculations can be determined by linear regression analysis that institutional ownership does not affect performance, with a count of 1.417 t smaller than t table is 2.042. Managerial ownership significantly negative influence on the performance, with the-t count of -3.068 which is smaller than -2.042-t table. Liquidity does not affect performance, with t of 0.189 which is smaller than t table is 2.042. Risk of significant positive influence on performance, with a count of 2.881 t greater than t table 2.042. Profitability does not affect performance, with a count of 1.929 t less than t table 2.042. The company is expected to improve the performance even better to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. |
