| Judul Artikel | Pengaruh Terapi Clay Dalam Menurunkan Tingkat Depresi Pada Lansia di Unit Rehabilitasi Sosial "Dewanata" Cilacap |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penuaan adalah suatu proses alami yang tidak dapat dihindari, berjalan secara terus-menerus, dan berkesinambungan. Depresi merupakan masalah mental yang paling banyak ditemui pada lansia. Terapi clay adalah terapi untuk memfasilitasi ekpresi emosi dan katarsis. Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh terapi clay terhadap penurunan tingkat depresi lansia di Unit Reahabilitasi Sosial “Dewanata” Cilacap. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pra eksperiment dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini lansia yang tinggal di Unit Rehabilitasi Sosial “Dewanata” Cilacap sebanyak 90 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 20 responden. Waktu penelitian pada bulan Mei-Juni 2013. Hasil : Hasil uji analisis statistik nonparametrik dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukan bahwa nilai p= 0,00 dengan taraf signifikansi 5 % (0,05). Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ha diterima. P= 0,00 < 0,05 Kesimpulan : ada pengaruh dari terapi clay dalam menurunkan tingkat depresi di Unit Rehabilitasi Sosial “Dewanata” Cilacap. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Aging is a natural process that can not be avoided, run continuously and sustainable. Depression is a mental problem mostly found in the elderly. Clay therapy is a therapy to facilitate the expression of emotion and catharsis. To determine the effect of clay therapy to decrease the level of depression in the elderly at "Dewanata" Social Rehabilitation Unit Cilacap. This study used a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this research was the elderly live in the "Dewanata" Social Rehabilitation Unit Cilacap as many as 90 people. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling of 20 respondents. The research was conducted on May-June 2013. The result of nonparametric statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test showed that the value of p = 0.00 with significance level of 5% (0,05). It can be deduced that Ha is accepted. P = 0.00 <0.05. There was a significant effect of clay therapy in decreasing the level of depression in the elderly at “Dewanata” Social Rehabilitation Unit Cilacap. |
