Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh kepuasan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, kinerja karyawan di PT. Bima Purwokerto. 50 Multi Finance PT sampel adalah semua karyawan. Bima Multi Finance Purwokerto menggunakan metode jenuh sampling. untuk menganalisis data, menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji elastisitas analisisis dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistik Program 17:00. Hasil jika penelitian ini adalah: 1) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bima multi FinancePurwokerto. 2) Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bima Multi Finance Purwokerto. 3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bima Multi Finance Purwokerto. |
