| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh wahana, lokasi, pelayanan, harga tiket dan bukti fisik terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan wisatawan terhadap kunjungan ulang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengunjung Owabong yang telah mengunjungi Owabong minimal dua kali dengan batasan usia 17 tahun, yang berjumlah 100 responden. Untuk membuktikan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda, regresi sederhana, dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa wahana, lokasi, pelayanan, dan bukti fisik memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, sedangkan harga mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Selain itu kepuasan wisatawan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kunjungan ulang. |

Inggris) | The purposes of this research were to analyze the influence of Vehicle Tourism, place, service, price, and physical evidence on tourist’s satisfaction, and to analyze the influence of tourist’s satisfaction on revisit intentions. The samples in this study were Owabong’s tourists who had been visiting Owabong twice with the limitations of age 17 years, it were totaling 100 peoples. To prove the hypothesis of this research, a multiple linear regression, simple linear regression, and classic assumption test was applied. The result of this research showed that Vehicle Tourism, place, service, and physical evidence had positive influence on tourist’s satisfaction, while price had negative influence on tourist’s satisfaction. Furthermore tourist’s satisfaction had positive influence on revisit intentions. |
