| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta untuk menganalisis variabel yang paling mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Mukti Lestario Restaurant Purwokerto. 35 sampel adalah seluruh karyawan Mukti Lestario Restaurant Purwokerto dengan menggunakan metode jenuh sampling. untuk menganalisis data, menggunakan analisisis multiple regresi linier dan uji elastisitas dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 17.00 Program. Hasilnya jika penelitian ini adalah: 1) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja Mukti Lestario Restaurant karyawan Purwokerto. 2). Pendidikan memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Mukti Lestari Restaurant karyawan Purwokerto. 3). Bekerja efek pengalaman singificantly dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Lestario Mukti Restaurant Purwokerto. 4). Pengalaman kerja dampak kinerja karyawan yang paling atas dari Lestario Mukti Restaurant Purwokerto. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance, the effect of education on employee performance, work experience influence on employee performance, and to analyze which variables most affect the performance of the employees in the Mukti Lestario Restaurant Purwokerto. The 35 samples were all employees of the Mukti Lestario Restaurant Purwokerto by using saturated sampling method. to analyze the data, using analisisis multiple linier regression and elasticity test with the help IBM SPSS Statistics 17.00 program. The result if this research is: 1) Motivation affect significantly and positively on the performance of Mukti Lestario Restaurant Purwokerto employees. 2). Education have positive and significant impact on the performance of Mukti Lestari Restaurant Purwokerto employees. 3). Work experience effects singificantly and positively on employee performance of Lestario Mukti Restaurant Purwokerto. 4). Work experience impacts the most on employee performance of Lestario Mukti Restaurant Purwokerto. |
