Sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sample periode 2008-2010. total ada 18perusahaan yang dijadikan sample. penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. hasil dari penelitian ini ukuran perusahaan, ukuran dewan komisaris, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR, sementara leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the firm size, the size of the board of commissioners , profitability, and leverage to corporate social responsibility disclosure. The study population is a company registered in Kompas-100 index on Indonesia stock exchange listed during 2008-2010. The sample of this research is determine through purposive sampling period 2008-2010. Total 18 companies were taken as study’s sample. This research is used Multiple Linier Regresion analyze. The result of this research show that firm size, the size of the board of commissioners and profitability had significant influence on CSR disclousure, while leverage had no significant influence on CSR disclousure. |
